It's fine to speak in an Indian language, The PM need not speak in English,what's not fine is to lack gravitas while representing India on an international platform.

हमारा समाज इसलिए मर रहा है क्योंकि हमने इस सड़न को “New Normal” मान लिया है - सुन्न, निशब्द, बेपरवाह।
जवाबदेही की मांग करो, वरना यह सड़न हर दरवाज़े तक पहुंचेगी।
