If you are on the fence about this event, I'd encourage you to come out! Its a great event and a great venue for a great cause! See you there :)

Today I learned what VTNC means. Basically, go eff yourself in Portuguese slang lol. I guess RespectTheDog wasn't too happy about the match.

Went 11-4 at RC Milwaukee, good for 35th and with 3 pass downs a PT invite! I don’t think I’ve ever had a sweat like this! I tested a streamlined version of Simic Ouro, going 22-1 in mythic, as well as 11-4 at Spotlight Atlanta. I think this is the way to go if you plan to Simic Ouro with the current state of the meta.

We hope to see you at HBMO this year and help us make it the biggest yet! This is a great cause, bringing suidice awareness and prevention to the forefront, and an extremely well run event!

I just wanted to say how proud I am of @TeamMainPhase . We have come a long way over the past 1.5 years. We have put someone in the top 8 of every single Spotlight Series, and almost every RC that we attend since the beginning of 2025. For this Pro Tour, we had our 3 guys go 11-5, 11-5 and 10-6 respecitvely! We aren't your typical Pro Tour team. We don't rotate players based on qualifications. Instead, we focus on growing each other and helping each other succeed. Because of this, we don't have large numbers at a given PT. For Vegas, we will have 6 (so far). Small compared to other teams. We've had a lot of success as a team, but it does kind of suck that coverage doesn't see what we have accomplished. It was a bummer to see that our team wasn't represented for a feature match, even though this information was available to them. I know in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter, I'm more or less just venting some frustration. I do love the coverage teams, they have a hard job to do and its hard to keep an eye on everything that goes on. Hopefully this doesn't come across the wrong way. Much love!

Nico has been crushing it with this deck with a t8 at RC Portland and 10-5 at Spotlight Atlanta. If you are thinking about running this for PT Richmond, this is a great guide to pick up!

Just had an interesting conversation with some teammates about the state of Standard, which lead to a thought about how we could reoganize. Standard goes back to a 2 year cycle with 5-10 sets Current Standard changes to Extended, extending to a 4 year cycle with 15-20 sets Modern stays the same as it is, but take a closer look at the ban list and give them a shot in a more powerful format. Remove Pioneer Max the amount of sets released per year to 5 3 - 4 Block 0 - 1 Core 1 UB or Modern specific set - UB should feel Magic adjacent 3 year standard is accelerating power creep and it is already a turn 4 format now. What are your thoughts? I would love to hear how you feel about our formats!

This is the first of many pieces of content we will be producing including more guides, individual coaching, team coaching and specific deck round tables. It might be shocking that Sultai Living End is the deck we are kicking off with, but we believe in this deck, many of us will be playing it at RC Vegas, and wanted to give you the insight. Hope you enjoy!

really proud of this guy, one of the best to do it!

6-0-2 in day 1 of the PTQ, my pool was so good! Feel very good about my draft prep and hope I can parlay that into a PT invite.

Shout out to @MrChecklistcard for calling our practice drafts via YouTube today!

I love our sponsor Kangaroo Tales! Come by and say hello, looking forward to this!

Wizards had a good idea in creating salaries for pro-level players during the esports era. They should try to re-implement this for table top. Help your best players make this a sustainable and viable path. Wizards have introduced new ways to monetize their product further (magic con badges, product price point increase, more frequent set releases, etc.), but competitive play has remained relatively flat. @wizards_magic please help your competitive community and change that.

Great day 1 by @OafMcNamara , love seeing the hard work paying off!

Free Boros Energy SB guide from our very own @Oinkmage with his t4 finish at RC Portland. He really knows this deck well and this a great resource if you plan to play Boros in Charlotte!

Made t8 of RC Portland with Gruul Eldrazi! I ended up flipping a coin because I couldn’t decide between Eldrazi and BW Blink. Huge shoutout to my boys @TeamMainPhase for the prep and dedication to getting better. I couldn’t do this without them and a big reason why I still play magic. Also a special thank you to my coach and mentor @ReidDuke ! He has been amazing and invested in my success and I have grown as a player tremendously! Also thanks to everyone who came up and congratulated me at the RC, it means a lot! #SCGPORTLAND

Be sure to attend the @HBM_TO this year. It is one of the best run tournaments of the year and for a great cause!
