International Day of Cities 2024 -that means: @Urbact good practice Housing Agency Chemnitz presents a project. This year it is a house that a group of young people organized as a cooperative bought together. They are now renovating it and want to live in it together from 2026.👍

As part of the Chemnitz Europe Weeks, an exhibition about the URBACT transfer network ALT/BAU can be seen in the Town Hall from April 30 to May 23, 2024. The bilingual exhibition (german, engl.) can be seen during the opening hours of the town hall: mo-thu 8 a.m. - 6, Fri. -4 p.m

Normally we would write "The big banner is back!" to refer to the International Day of Cities. But this year we present a house that is renovated and rented with the help of the @URBACT Good Practice "Agentur StadtWohnen". We didn't want to ruin the view for the tenants😉.
