"I was going to Alabama... but then Coach Leach asked, do I want to hold a clipboard, or do I want to lead the country in passing?"
Gardner Minshew would’ve never had his 8 year NFL career if Mike Leach didn’t drop this banger of a quote

Beat Stanford by 54.
Beat Virginia by 44.
Beat Cal by 34 on the road.
Beat NC State by 24 on the road.
Beat Louisville (on the road) by the same margin that Ole Miss did.
But, they lost one singular game to the best team in College Football so they get shoved down to #16 and treated like crap, while 2-loss SEC teams get gifted spots in the Top 5.
Unbelievable.

#23 Oregon is 5-3. Duke is 6-2. They have one common opponent in Illinois.
Oregon lost to Illinois by 11 on the road.
Duke beat Illinois by 4 on the road.
The CFP committee’s annual goal of killing the ACC means Duke can’t get any attention though!

I laughed at first but this is negligence. If you don’t watch, just say that.
4-0 Duke, Pitt & VT all with multiple wins vs. P4 and still choose…3-1 Boise State? And that’s just 1 example. Wake just won @ No. 16!
