I did something outside my comfort zone but it turned out to be so rewarding!I gave a presentation to my daughter’s fifth grade class about Pathology. The kids thought what we do is cool and some actually want to consider Path when they grow up!😊 Sharing a few thank you cards!

The top 3 medical specialties that AI should largely replace within the next 5 years: 1. Radiology 2. Ophthalmology 3. Pathology Any specialty heavily dependent on interpreting images, scans, or patterns is going to face ENORMOUS disruption. And this should ultimately mean faster diagnoses, much lower costs, and better access for patients. What specialty am I missing?

You all are absolutely right! This is adrenal myelolipoma! Pictured is adrenal cortex (bottom) and tumor (top). ➡️Benign tumor composed of: ✅myelo: trilineage hematopoietic marrow ✅lipoma: fat ➡️Mostly incidental but rare catecholamine excess reported.
