Under the new renters rights act. If you give notice because you want to sell, and the sale falls through - you cannot rent it again for a year. How is this going to help the housing shortage? Landlords pay tax on rental income too. I see another black hole appearing!

Any pension I receive is taxed over £12500. If it’s a benefit like some are saying then surely ALL benefits should be taxed following the same criteria? There you go, solved the more benefits given than tax received problem. 😀

It’s my hubs 62 bday today, even though he’s no longer with us my family will get together, the grandkids will blow out candles on his cake and we will be thankful for the years that we had him and for the day he was born. Love and miss him forever.
