Founder Page Gardner is a longtime Democratic strategist who worked on Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign and unironically focused on unmarried women.
Current Pres./CEO Tom Lopach has a career almost entirely in Democratic politics:
Chief of Staff to Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT)
Exec. Director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee
Chief of Staff to Montana Gov. Steve Bullock (D)
Plus roles with Ted Kennedy, and others.
Clinton confidant John Podesta was also in the mix in these organizations' earlier boards.
This is just a cursory look at these groups based on their public filings and websites.
Do your own homework.

I love how the N&O does this poor attempt at a hit piece, while ignoring the fact that Allison Riggs is out actively campaigning for Anita Earls.

Sunday's early voting helped Democrats pad their lead a bit. Most of the counties that hosted early voting then lean Dem.
The question now is whether Republicans will eat into the Democrats' advantage this week like they did last week.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a United States senator announce that he plans to spend his retirement taking out county party leaders. But that’s exactly what @ThomTillis says he wants to do.

He was credited for 24-days for time already served pre-trial.

SBI response to Faith Hedgepeth Murder Trial Verdict
The investigation into the death of Faith Hedgepeth took nine years and nine days to solve. Over that time, more than 25 SBI special agents worked tirelessly with our partners from the Chapel Hill Police Department on this case. This wasn’t a “cold case,” because the investigators never stopped looking for the person responsible for Faith’s murder. Agents and staff logged thousands of hours during the investigation and preparation for this case and trial. They followed thousands of leads, conducted hundreds of interviews, and collected and tested more than 400 DNA samples.
The case has become part of how the SBI trains. New special agents now study it at the SBI academy. It has also left a lasting mark on the Chapel Hill Police Department and the Durham County District Attorney’s Office, whose personnel worked alongside the SBI throughout.
The SBI is glad this chapter has found resolution for the family, friends, and all those who have worked diligently over the years to bring justice and closure. Again, we extend our condolences to Faith's family and friends.
SBI Director Chip Hawley added, "I would like to extend my grateful appreciation to all the partnering agencies who assisted in getting justice for Faith and her family. I applaud their hard work, determination, and dedication to this monumental case in the SBI's history."
