@British_Airways - I have been told by your customer services baggage team to come to @HeathrowAirport T5 to collect my missing luggage (3bags) where do I go to get them? Is it arrivals? Will there be staff to assist? Don’t want to make the trip if it’s going to be waste of time.
@British_Airways please reply, I need to come tonight as I have an operation tomorrow meaning I won’t be able to drive for a while after. Please confirm that if I come to T5 tonight I can get assistance and my bags?
So many people in the same position including us and, must be at least 40,000 bags missing at this point after 4 days of carnage at @HeathrowAirport - @British_Airways how are you going to resolve this and put peoples minds at ease?! @BBCBreaking

Beyond disgusted with the extremely poor “customer service”we’ experienced in the last 48 hours. BA you’re an absolute disgrace. We have been argued with, lied to and information has been kept from us. My daughter has been without her medication for 36 hours and still excuses !!
1/3 - So trying again as Twitter is the only option that vaguely works right now…@British_Airways we were due to travel on Friday but flight cancelled so flew on the 15:45 BA953 delayed Munich to LHR flight yesterday. We were told bags not offloaded and to leave the airport and
2/3 - to fill out online portal form for missing bags. Have tried to do that and it not managed to log one of 3 bags. Now system won’t let us log more keeps saying this… can’t get through on phones….what do you suggest we do to get our bags and ski/snowboard equip back?

The fact @British_Airways told all passengers to leave @HeathrowAirport T5 and fill out forms online last night is appalling 🤬 when their systems don’t work. No way to talk to an actual human.

Thanks @British_Airways and @HeathrowAirport after flight delay of 1hr, landing then sat on tarmac 1.5hrs and now no bags at all we really feel like we haven’t had a holiday! FFS 🤦♂️
