साल 2022 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई 'अग्निपथ' योजना में नए बदलावों को लेकर बना संशय खत्म हो गया है. सरकार ने अब यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि 'अग्निपथ' योजना में किए गए नए बदलाव किन लोगों पर लागू होंगे. ये बदलाव सिर्फ उन नौ बैचों के अग्निवीरों पर लागू होंगे, जो पहले से ही सेवा में हैं.
दिसंबर 2026 के बाद भर्ती होने वाले लोग, कम से कम अभी के लिए, मूल चार साल वाले मॉडल के तहत ही काम करेंगे. रक्षा अधिकारियों ने बताया कि चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ द्वारा मंगलवार को घोषित किए गए ये बदलाव सिर्फ उन्हीं नौ बैचों तक सीमित हैं. नए रंगरूटों यानी भर्ती होने वालों के लिए नियमों की समीक्षा बाद में की जाएगी, जो इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि सशस्त्र बलों को 'समय और परिस्थिति' के हिसाब से क्या जरूरत है.

A grieving mother asking for justice should not have to face this.
At this point, one cannot help but wonder what hope is left. How many protests, dharnas and appeals will it take before these parents are finally heard?
If even a mother’s cry for justice is treated this way, what hope is left for the people of this country?

सरकार इंस्टाग्राम के बाद भारत के लाखों ग्राम भी बैन कर देगी। कोई शाम को घूरे पर बात करते पाया गया तो गांव में बैन हो जाएगा।

मोदी सरकार अब अपनी बर्बादी की कहानी खुद लिख रही है।
देश में रोज़ाना दर्जनों इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट्स बैन किए जा रहे हैं। अब 4PM नेशनल के इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट को भी भारत में बैन कर दिया गया है। यह सरासर तानाशाही है।
न कोई नोटिस, न कोई वजह बताई गई। हालांकि, 4PM पर सरकार का यह पहला हमला नहीं है।
4PM सच दिखाता है और यही सरकार को पसंद नहीं है। हमारे ऊपर बार-बार हमले किए गए हैं। हमारे यूट्यूब चैनल को भी पहले दो बार बैन किया गया था। मामला हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक ले जाने के बाद ही बैन हटाया गया था।
लेकिन सरकार आखिर कब तक यह खेल खेलती रहेगी? मीडिया और जनता की आवाज़ दबाने के लिए जितने ज़्यादा अकाउंट्स बैन किए जाएंगे, सरकार के प्रति लोगों का गुस्सा उतना ही बढ़ेगा।
सरकार और उसके सलाहकारों को हमारी सलाह है कि यह खेल बंद कर दीजिए। लोकतंत्र में सवालों का जवाब बैन और पाबंदियों से नहीं, बल्कि तथ्यों और तर्कों से दिया जाता है।

Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.
