ALT Three years into this AP journey, and I’ve learned one thing: Leadership will stretch you. Then stretch you again. 😂 There have been wins worth celebrating, hard conversations, long days, unexpected challenges, and plenty of moments where I had to remind myself why I chose this work in the first place. And then I walk through the halls. A teacher who needed a little encouragement. A student who finally believes they can do it. A family who just needed someone to listen. A problem that became a solution. That’s the job. That’s the privilege. That’s the WHY. Year 3 as an AP, still learning, still growing, still leading, and still bringing some energy to the 🦁 Creek Let’s make this year count.
