Hurricane Isaias Update: We know staying connected matters, and we’ll continue sharing updates as restoration work moves forward.
Our teams are making strong progress in the hardest-hit areas, with restoration improving 80% over the past 24 hours as additional crews work to restore service.
Despite the storm’s initial impacts, our wireless network is operating at more than 99% of normal in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi, and normally in Georgia and Louisiana.
To help more people stay connected, we’re also allowing customers of other carriers to roam on our network in certain hard-hit areas.
