Several of our faculty took an upper level biology class on an overnight field trip to get private tours of the Cincinnati Zoo and Cincinnati Museum of Natural History. These experiences help to set AU Sciences apart!
We celebrated our senior Physical Science and Engineering students last week, giving them a desk sculpture to represent their time here. Represented in our seniors are graduates from Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Electrical, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering.
On April 19, our Engineering program held their first ever Order of the Engineer induction ceremony. Seniors and faculty took on the Obligation of an Engineer, symbolized by wearing a stainless steel ring on the 5th finger of the working hand.
Alumnus Ryan Stuthers (EE, 2020) shared about the power distribution industry to upper level engineering students. Students get regular opportunities to learn from industry professionals in our programs.
Two @AndersonU Engineering students, Alice Dang and Christina Ziuchkovski, were recently awarded scholarships by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Indiana, the first time AU has had any recipients!
Students from @AndersonU Sciences & Engineering gathered together on Tuesday to worship, pray, and hear from faculty about their faith.
Alice Dang is an outstanding example of how our programs empower women in STEM. Watch to learn more:
