The only real ballot mules.
There's something both quaint and practical about it as Coconino County officials rely on mules to get election equipment to Supai Village at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the ballots back out. @maryjpitzl provides a closer look. tucson.com/news/state-region…

OF NOTE: MCED says it has successfully navigated an equipment transition at voting sites ahead of emergency voting this weekend.
Its statement comes after Recorder Justin Heap raised doubts that county leaders could smoothly transition their equipment in time for Election Day.

One of the country's largest county Republican committees sharing a video that if you told me had been posted on a QAnon channel I would've believed you. Reminder, Arizonans vote on paper ballots.

Clearly some of you didn’t have a veteran with a booming voice who loved pop quizzes as your middle school civics and government teacher…
We all paid attention in that class or else.

An incredible investigation proving Navajo voters were disenfranchised during the last federal election in Arizona (and showing it was much worse than anyone knew).
This truth would never be out there, had @VotebeatUS & @ArizCIR not spent 1.5 years pressing for these records.
NEW: In 2024, a remote, cash-strapped county blamed malfunctioning ballot printers for a disastrous election.
But that's not what actually happened.
@VotebeatUS and @ArizCIR teamed up to tell the real story of the election fiasco — and how it disenfranchised voters.

This is a lie. El Sayed has condemned antisemitism over and over again. Stop using Jews as a cover for your own Islamophobic bullshit
Here the thing on Michigan: This is all on El-Sayed. He has never, ever condemned antisemitism and Israel hate. Never. He just hasn’t. And he’s had a million opportunities to do so. He would easily condemn racism against black people. But not antisemitism against Jews. El-Sayed may still win, but he’s the reason this race is super close. He’s the reason black and Jewish voters in Michigan won’t vote Democrat this year. This is all on him.

Melinda Merkel Iyer of @AZCEBVus joins Richard Chew to discuss what’s really at stake in Arizona.
If you go to bed on election night and don't know who won a midterm congressional race, that's normal. And if you wake up the next morning and find that a candidate who was behind hours earlier has since pulled ahead, that's normal, too. (via @PolitiFact) to.pbs.org/4zqnWBa
PSA about ballot measures: if voted in, they're virtually impossible to change due to the Voter Protection Act. Before you approve ANY ballot measure, better be 1000% positive that every single word is clear & exactly what you want. Hint: vote "NO" on all. They're a mess.
🚨 Prop 144 "could spell the end of no-excuse voting by mail, by far the most popular way to vote"
The same Republicans who've run #AZLeg for 60 years already voted to ban vote by mail. Hobbs vetoed — so now they're asking us instead. Don't be fooled!

READ: Prop 141 will harm AZ's roads. It's "a theoretical boogieman from partisan think-tanks to end any talk of addressing a status quo that simply is not working for Arizonans" 🙅🏼♀️🚫 Vote NO!
