The @SeqeraLabs pricing page has just had a small but nice tweak: if you're working in academia, you no longer need to "Contact sales" to get the Professional tier for free - there's now just a simple form to fill out 🥳 cloud.tower.nf/pricing/

Lazyweb, is there a way to generate Pythonic client libraries for a given OpenAPI spec? The existing solutions seem very heavyweight and Java-centric; am I missing something obvious?

Just noticed that #MultiQC passed 1,000 citations recently! 🎉📜📃📄📑🔖 Many thanks to all contributors, and thanks to those who have cited! 🥳 It’s easy to miss analysis tools when writing a paper, but it really helps the argument for long term support 🎈badge.dimensions.ai/details/…

New preprint out today .. Finding changes in groups of distributions .. so, like the K–S test, but instead of 1 vs 1 (or 1 vs theoretical), it's n1 vs n2 dist'ns. Permutation to generate null dist'n. Useful for differential state analyses of single cell data, but it's general.
