🚨 128 BANKS ACROSS WESTERN JAPAN JUST WENT DARK AT THE SAME TIME. Shinkin banks from Tokai west, all the way to Kyushu. A system failure on a Friday afternoon. ATMs: OFF Teller counters at 3,430 branches: OFF Internet banking: OFF Transfers to other banks: OFF Fully unavailable. The money is still in the accounts. Customers can't get it out. → 27 banks hit in Kansai and Tokushima alone → ALL 8 in Fukuoka prefecture → Seto Shinkin cards blocked even at convenience-store ATMs → paper "SUSPENDED" signs stuck on ATMs in Osaka Not a war. Not a bank run. No sign of a hack. The suspected cause: broken communications equipment at the West Japan Center of ONE shared system that 236 shinkin banks run on. One center failed. 128 of those 236 banks froze with it. As of Friday evening in Japan, still NO time given for a fix. 3 days ago it was Paraguay. 3 million customers locked out of Ueno Bank, $380 million of the state pension fund stuck inside. Now it's 128 banks in Japan. The financial lockdown is getting BIGGER. Paraguay got no warning. Japan got no warning. Follow me today, or you'll wish you had when your own bank's screen goes dark.

🐻🔐 FUZZY DECODE: 14 YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE Fuzzy dropped a wall of hex and a room full of secrets. I zoomed in on every corner, dug through the old posts and checked the castles. Here are 20 findings. 👇 1. The code 54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05 02 64 F4 02 35 25 14 54 95 02 43 13. Read it as normal hex and it's nonsense. Swap the two digits in every pair, read it backwards, and it says: 14 YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE. The XRP Ledger went live in 2012. 14 years ago. Fuzzy even posted "HBD." on June 2, the ledger's birthday. 2. The mirror is the instruction A big mirror stands in the room. Backwards is how the Fuzzy world speaks. sraebyzzuF. And 321yugelbaraeb is bearableguy123 in reverse. 3. It started in 2020 This code isn't new. On December 23, 2020, bearableguy123 posted the first half: 54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05. Same trick, and it reads PERSEVERANCE. Almost six years later, the sentence is finished. 4. Same room, six years later Same striped ceiling. Same knight with the sword and the striped tail. Same hand reaching through the hole in the wall. Same window. In 2020 the bear stood on a stool chiseling a block of marble. Today the block is finished, and it says 589. 5. The keys got picked up In 2020 the ring of keys was lying on the floor. Today it's in the armored Fuzzy's hand, with one key glowing green with the XRP logo. 6. The 13 day clock Line up Fuzzy's puzzle posts since January and they land on a 13 day rhythm. January 23 to today is exactly 22 cycles of 13 days. To the day. 7. The 22s on the cape Look closely at Fuzzy's green cape. It's covered in faint 22s. Today is the 22nd cycle. It was written on him the whole time. 8. 1:23 Since spring, every puzzle post has gone out at 1:23 PM Eastern. 1:23. As in bearableguy123. If the rhythm holds, the next ones land on Wednesday Nov 18, Tuesday Dec 1, Monday Dec 14 and Sunday Dec 27. 📅 9. THURSDAYS Inside the mirror there's a heart with a banner that says THURSDAYS. Today is Thursday. And in 2026, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve all fall on Thursdays. 10. A feast is coming The blue ceiling beam carries Old French from the Roman de la Rose: the sky puts on its blue cloak to throw a feast. The Fuzzyverse mint window on xrp.cafe was set to close on November 26. Thanksgiving. The heart says thanks without saying it. 🦃 11. 5,890 castles, Phase 1 Every Fuzzyverse NFT is the same right now: Castle Persevere, Phase 1. And every one of them is mutable. The art and traits can change on chain. 12. The gate and the windows The traits are codes. The Gate is ROT13 for "Never locked, only knocked." The Windows are Atbash for "Dark without, lit within." 13. The sign and the shields The Sign is Morse for PERFER ET OBDURA, Latin for "be patient and endure." The Left Shield spells "ONCE FEATHERS NOW FUR." The Right Shield, read backwards: "The end is just the beginning." The exact line Fuzzy posted on January 23, the day the clock started. The Colors are hex for "Genesis · XRP · Speed." 14. 3, 2, 1 A countdown glows on the wall. We're in Phase 1. Four phases. Three Thursdays left: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve? ⏳ 15. Eight keys, one quorum The 8 in the 589 has two keyholes, and the rings read: OCTO SERAE · OCTO CLAVES · OCTO CVSTODES. Eight locks, eight keys, eight guardians. Inside: VNA CLAVIS NIHIL APERIT · OMNES SIMVL... QVORVM. One key opens nothing. All together, quorum. That's XRPL multi-sign, which launched with a maximum of 8 signers. Remember the FUZZY multisig buy? 🔑 16. Come, my friends The stone in the mirror, flipped, is Tennyson's Ulysses: "Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world... To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." The glowing right wall answers in Latin: MEI AMICI · VIRIDE ITE. My friends, go green. 💚 17. One hooded figure is gone In 2020 there were two hooded figures. BG came back to them in April 2021 with "Four Six &...". Today only one is left, bottom left, still holding the scepter. And someone is diving head first into the black hole in the 9, legs in the air, feet on fire. The missing one? 🔥 18. The glitching king Next to the 589, a crowned king is glitching apart into green 3s, XRP on his belt, holding out a rolled up map marked with an X. Look at the face. It looks a lot like David Schwartz. And the window where a king stood in 2020 now has a figure hanging upside down in it. 🧙‍♂️ 19. Vaults and fragments Three glass jars on the shelf. Two empty, one full of coins and marked XIX. Nineteen. On the wall behind the countdown, faded pieces of text that look like fragments of wallet addresses. And half hidden on the right: ANTE FINEM ANNI. Before the end of the year. 20. Remember, remember Today is the 5th of November. One year ago tonight, Fuzzy posted a V for Vendetta line: "Beneath this mask there is an idea... and ideas are bulletproof." And in Back to the Future, November 5, 1955 is the day Doc Brown came up with the flux capacitor. The thing that makes time travel possible. Timing is everything. ⚡ So what is Fuzzy telling us? A sentence started in 2020 is finally finished. A clock that has ticked every 13 days since January. 5,890 castles built to change. Three Thursdays left. And a deadline: before the end of the year. The end is just the beginning. What did I miss? Drop your findings below. 👇 Never locked, only knocked. 🐻💚

ALL 21 STATES. ALL 1,799 COUNTIES. EVERY SINGLE ONE SHIFTED BLUE. You can blame the Iran war. You can blame the economy. But you expect me to believe Republicans were THAT angry that every single state and county shifted blue? And before anyone says it, this isn’t about being unable to accept a loss. I can accept losing. What I can’t do is ignore something that just doesn’t pass the smell test. Sorry, but I have questions. 2020 makes me look at things way differently.

BREAKING: A TEXAS MIRACLE. Republicans keep their Texas Senate supermajority despite the blue wave and losing the Texas House, @DallasExpress reports. The Texas Senate can now block House legislation and reject incoming governor Gina Hinojosa’s appointments. A silver lining in a bleak election landscape. Texans can turn back the tide, but time is running out.

🚨ELECTION SECURITY — THIS IS WORTH READING. CISA has released its 2026 Election Infrastructure Security Plan, and there is an important piece of the election-security conversation that should not be overlooked: AUDITS. PAPER BALLOTS. RECONCILIATION. CHAIN OF CUSTODY. CISA’s election-security guidance recognizes that protecting an election isn’t simply about cybersecurity. Election resilience includes the ability to verify what happened after the ballots are cast. CISA guidance addresses: 🔹 Pre- and post-election audits of voting systems 🔹 Post-election tabulation audits 🔹 Risk-limiting audits (RLAs) where permitted under state law 🔹 Manual examination/comparison of paper ballots as part of applicable audit procedures 🔹 Reconciliation and chain-of-custody audits 🔹 Pre-election testing of voting equipment 🔹 Auditing voter-registration systems for anomalies and district assignments 🔹 Cybersecurity and network resilience 🔹 Physical protection of election facilities and ballot-processing locations 🔹 Incident-response and continuity-of-operations planning One CISA resource puts it plainly: “Audit the Entire Election Process.” That is an important concept. Election security should not end when the polls close or when a machine produces a total. An auditable paper record, reconciliation, documented chain of custody, and meaningful post-election auditing provide ways to independently check election results and identify discrepancies. And there is an important distinction: CISA’s materials discuss post-election audits and manual ballot examination, including ballot-comparison risk-limiting audits; they should not automatically be read as requiring a full hand count of every ballot. State law determines the specific audit and recount procedures used in each jurisdiction. As we move through the 2026 election cycle, everyone interested in election administration should read this plan and the supporting materials themselves. Don’t just read the headline. Read the procedures. Read the safeguards. Read the audit provisions. Because cybersecurity matters. Physical security matters. And verification matters. Thank you @SecMullinDHS and @realDonaldTrump 👇 CISA — 2026 Election Infrastructure Security Plan cisa.gov/resources-tools/res…

News flash: There is no path to saving the country if the military doesn't step in. 100% impossible. This has ALWAYS been the case. And THAT is why so many intelligent Americans have the "Q or bust" mindset. A Trump/Military alliance was THE ONLY OPTION. If not, its over.

Let me tell you something absolutely BONKERS from last night’s midterms… Democrat Ericka Lomick just “won” Texas House District 93 despite being a convicted felon who suspended her campaign months ago. She pleaded guilty in 2011 to federal charges including mortgage-fraud conspiracy, bank fraud, and money laundering. Her sentence? 63 months in federal prison. On her candidate paperwork, she checked the box claiming she had not been finally convicted of a felony. After her criminal record surfaced in September, she suspended her campaign and stopped running. But Texas election deadlines had already passed, so her name remained on the ballot for both the regular general election and the special election. And voters still elected her by roughly 51–49%. Here’s the kicker: Under Texas law, a final felony conviction generally makes someone ineligible to hold office unless they’ve been pardoned or had their disabilities released. Meaning she can’t actually serve. Her “victory” simply creates a vacancy and triggers yet another special election. A convicted federal fraudster who quit campaigning still got elected to the Texas House. Let that absolutely sink in.
