In the last few days, two members of the ruling APC called me via Messenger to ask me why I am supporting PETER OBI. They asked me a series of questions but the one that got me particularly upset was when one of them asked whether I do not have enough information about Mr President and the efforts of his government to bring Nigeria out of this present mess. This question led to a lengthy discussion that I may not exhust in this write up. Then, I told him to tell me what he feels I should know but did not know. That was when the rhythm of the music changed o. Ehn, you know, as a Yoruba woman, "teni n'teni" (your own is your own). It is not ideal to live your own and support another person's own. This man said nothing but preach there sermon of TRIBALISM! Well, I told him that I have more than enough information about Mr President and this administration to make me say NO to APC and I also have enough information about PETER OBI that led me into having 100% support for him and the NDC. Any uniform man or woman on the day of election in 2027 are suspected APC thugs; do not obey their orders!

“Despite increasing taxes and removing the fuel subsidy, this government continues to borrow money every day. In the future, they may even go as far as searching under people’s beds to demand money from them. This is why we are calling on Nigerians to make the right choice by supporting the Obi–Kwankwaso ticket to ensure quality education, security, economic prosperity and sustainable development for our people.” ~ NDC Vice Presidential Candidate, His Excellency, Sen. @KwankwasoRM, during his visit to Jigawa State today, Saturday, 7th November, 2026.

I am profoundly saddened and deeply disturbed by reports of violence directed at members and coordinators of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and the Obidient Movement in Delta State. I unequivocally condemn the attacks against our coordinators, supporters, and fellow citizens who were merely exercising their democratic rights. Political violence has no place in a democracy and can never be justified. No political aspiration is worth the life of a Nigerian, and no dispute should be resolved through intimidation, physical attacks, or the destruction of property. It is particularly troubling that, at a time when Nigeria urgently needs responsible leadership, some individuals continue to believe that political influence can be secured through thuggery, fear, and violence. Political authority should be attained through persuasion and the trust of the people, not by intimidating opponents. I urge the Government and the security agencies to conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into these attacks, identify those responsible, and ensure that they face justice, irrespective of their political affiliations. The safety and security of our members must be assured. We will not be intimidated or silenced, nor will we relinquish our democratic space to violence. Our response will remain peaceful, lawful, and determined. Nigeria belongs to every one of us. No political party or individual has exclusive ownership of the democratic space. Every Nigerian is entitled to organise, gather, express their views, and freely elect their leaders. Our nation needs constructive ideas rather than intimidation, responsible leadership rather than thuggery, and democratic contest rather than political violence. I stand in solidarity with everyone affected in Delta State. A New Nigeria must be founded on justice, liberty, peace, and respect for the dignity of every citizen. May God bless Delta State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. -PO

Má không cần nhà to.

MR PRESIDENT, OBI IS COMING TO STOP THE EROSION OF NIGERIA’S COMMONWEALTH — NDC The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has taken careful note of President Bola Tinubu’s swipe at Mr. Peter Obi over the erosion menace in Anambra State. But we want to remind the President that the mission of the Presidential Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Peter Obi and his running mate Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is much bigger: to stop the rapid erosion of Nigeria’s commonwealth. Obi-Kwankwaso mission is to address the growing contradiction between the gains expected from fuel subsidy removal, Mr. President’s seemingly one week, new loan and the persistent underfunding of national budgets. Nigerians deserve to know what has happened to the promised fiscal benefits of subsidy removal, particularly against the backdrop of the administration’s frequent borrowing, increased revenue generation, poor debt-service-revenue-ratio and inadequate funding of critical public services like health and education. Obi/Kwankwaso will not allow Nigeria to continue borrowing at an alarming rate, without corresponding benefits, while citizens endure worsening poverty, unemployment, insecurity and declining purchasing power. Let’s look at the financial records of the two former governors - Mr. Obi left the equivalent of $500 million in investment as well as local and foreign currency, including $156 million in dollar-denominated bonds when he left office in 2014 in Anambra State. In contrast, available Debt Management Office figures put Lagos State’s external debt at approximately $190.43 million at the end of 2007, when Mr. Tinubu handed over to his successor. Apart from that, Mr. Tinubu aided the erosion of Lagos public finance by signing into law the pension law, granting former governors and deputies, including himself life time pensions, equivalent to 100% of the basic salary of the incumbent governor, houses in Lagos and Abuja, multiple vehicles, furniture allowance, utility allowance, entertainment allow, free medical care, house maintenance allowance, domestic staff provision, and other ridiculous benefits. The package was so outrageous that a successive governor was compelled to slightly review the law. In contrast, Mr. Obi never set up pension for governors in Anambra State The Obi/Kwankwaso ticket offers Nigeria the golden opportunity to make fundamental departure from President Tinubu’s borrowing-dependent and erosion of public funds model of governance towards Obi/Kwankwaso prudent management of public resources, accountability, productive investment and measurable improvements in citizens’ welfare. The debt-dependent economic model without accountability contributed to the decline and weakening of powerful empires and nations throughout history. From the Ottoman Empire and 19th-century Egypt to modern-day countries such as Argentina and Zambia, history offers repeated warnings about the dangers of excessive borrowing, unsustainable debt and poor fiscal management. If not stopped, Nigeria is in serious trouble. And of course Peter Obi bravely tackled gully erosion in Anambra State. Obi helped attract and launch the World Bank Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (NEWMAP) to the state. He mandated new state roads to include proper drainage connected to safe discharge points and executed local flood controls, such as concrete drains in Adazi Nnukwu, Amawbia, Umuoji, etc. He regularly lobbied the federal government for ecological intervention funds with accountability. The bottom line is that Obi-Kwankwaso mission is about stopping fiscal recklessness and the erosion/decimation of Nigeria’s commonwealth, while providing economic opportunities for Nigerians today and for future generations. Signed Dr. Chiogo Constance Ikokwu Spokesperson, NDC National Presidential Campaign Council

OUR VOTES ARE OUR MANDATE His Excellency Peter Obi and His Excellency Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso stand with Nigerians in the collective pursuit of a credible electoral process. We must remain vigilant, protect every ballot and ensure that every vote is accurately counted and declared. Nigeria's democracy must never surrender to electoral manipulation and the people's mandate must always prevail. #TooBigToRig2027

In Delta State, APC thugs came out as usual to disrupt the One Million Man March by the Obidient Movement and the NDC. Some Obidients were hurt, but they refused to back down. The videos below show How It Started vs How It Ended. APC thugs have to remember that it never ends well for them.

GOOD DAY, MR PRESIDENT: NIGERIANS DESERVE ACCOUNTABILITY Good day, Mr President. I congratulate you on spending a night in one of Nigeria’s states outside Lagos and Abuja. I hope you enjoyed the warmth, hospitality, and delicious cuisine of Akwa Ibom, which I am sure is even better than those of the destinations where you have spent over 260 days outside Nigeria since coming into office. I sincerely hope this visit will inspire you to travel to the remaining 33 states of the federation, spend time with the people and, more importantly, explain what your administration has done with the ₦15.8 trillion saved from the removal of fuel subsidy, the over $100 billion you have borrowed, the increased revenues accruing to the government from taxing Nigerians, and the additional government revenues which your administration celebrated last year as having surpassed its target. Nigerians deserve to know how many that were pulled out of poverty within this period, how many out-of-school children were returned to school, and how many functional primary healthcare centres you have built. They also deserve to know how much electricity supply has improved, especially given your promise that if you do not fix power, Nigerians should not vote for you. They deserve an explanation of how you have secured the country, which still ranks among the most terrorised countries in the world. Mr President, Nigerians deserve answers. They deserve to know what has been done with the resources entrusted to your government. The New Nigeria we want to build will be based on accountability, transparency, and the physical, measurable impact of our public resources on the lives of citizens. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
