Disgusted with service from @Dominos_UK! Wrong order came (stone cold!) and was promised a replacement. It never arrived. Store manager offered money back or voucher - still waiting a week later! Area manager rude and unwilling to help! #PoorService #rude #unhelpful

So an update (or rather no update)… Sent DM to @Dominos_UK as requested. In fairness, they replied and said they’d raise a complaint. That was on 28/06 You’ve been warned people - Domino’s couldn’t care less about their customers #poorcustomerservice #shocking #pizza

Still no refund from @Dominos_UK! In fairness they did reply to me on DM, but then fobbed me off saying somebody would reach out within 5 days. That STILL hasn’t happened! This issue has now been going on for nearly 3 weeks and no sign of a refund / credit note etc 😡

Disgusting behaviour from @AmazonUK! I had to pay to return a faulty item, and they now state they have a different item under my returns reference and won’t issue a refund or replacement! They can’t return this as it’s been disposed off! #tradingstandards #scam #disgusted

It gets even worse! The agent was rude and hung up instead of dealing with the issue! @AmazonUK used to provide great service - now it’s terrible. I’m massively out of pocket due to their conduct and am having to take legal action to recover my costs. #deceit #rude #amazon

Still no response from @hoka after my complaint. They’ve ignored all pre-action legal warnings so I’m now forced to start recovery proceedings. I’ll be reporting them to @TradeStandards to see if they can help. #hoka #scam #beware
