🔍 We're here to take a closer look at the financial resources that may be available, what to consider when searching for support, and how looking at the full picture of healthcare expenses can help patients and families identify the assistance that fits their needs.

Yesterday, Accessia Health brought 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 back to Capitol Hill, where our staff and patient advocates met with members of Congress and their teams to share the real experiences behind the healthcare policies being considered in Washington. 🗣️
We are incredibly grateful to our patient advocates who shared their stories and perspectives, our Accessia Health staff for their dedication, and the congressional offices that took the time to listen and engage in meaningful conversations about patient access and affordability. We also appreciate the Health & Medicine Counsel (HMC) team, whose guidance and coordination helped make these meetings happen!
When patient experiences are part of policy conversations, lawmakers have an opportunity to better understand how decisions surrounding access to care, insurance, financial assistance, and treatment can affect people living with rare and chronic conditions.
Thank you to everyone who made this year’s 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 possible. Our work continues beyond Capitol Hill, and we’re looking forward to sharing more from our time in Washington, D.C.!
