Today I asked my first ever FMQ, raising the case of my constituent Hugo, who lives with PANS/PANDAS.
Tomorrow I’ll meet the Health Secretary to raise his case again.
I’ll keep making sure your voice is heard.
@PANSPANDASUK
Many people have totally lost trust in politics. We need to do a better job of holding power to account.

Duncan Dunlop just gave what I think is the most outstanding maiden speech I have ever heard in the Scottish Parliament.
An impassioned plea to stop ignoring our failure to care for looked after children.
Moving and powerful.

Our South of Scotland MSP Duncan Dunlop made his first speech at Holyrood today.
His speech focused on the failure of the SNP Government to fulfil the Promise to care experienced young people and the need to overhaul the care system in Scotland.
Today I raised an Urgent Question in the Scottish Parliament about improving public safety and crowd management around large-scale celebrations and gatherings in our city centres.

Don’t take my word for it, newspaper commentators judged that Alex had a good debate on @STVNews . He spoke about his plan for health and social care, the ferries and the need for change.
This spring saw the SNP's ferries fiasco plumb new depths with almost every island affected by disruption.
At one point 8 CalMac vessels were out of service.
Island and coastal communities like Argyll and Bute have been utterly shafted by this SNP government.

Scottish Liberal Democrats get things done.
The more MSPs we have, the more we can get done.
And, wherever you are in Scotland, you can vote for change with fairness at its heart on your second peach ballot.

Scotland deserves better. And with the Scottish Liberal Democrats, you can vote for it.

Liberal Democrats are winning again.
We are poised to take constituencies off the SNP right across Scotland.
In seats right across the Highlands, in Argyll and Bute, Strathkelvin and Bearsden and Edinburgh Northern, it is only the Liberal Democrats who can beat the SNP.
Postal votes are landing in Strathkelvin & Bearsden.
After nearly 20 years of the SNP, this is your chance to vote for change.
But only if you vote Lib Dem. 🔶
Tactical voting sites have confirmed that only we can beat the SNP here.

At the @Channel4 debate tonight @agcolehamilton set out the @scotlibdems positive vision for change in Scotland - focused on fixing the NHS, tackling the cost of living, and improving education.
If you want that kind of change, give both your votes to the Lib Dems on 7th May. 🔶

Scotland has so much going for it, but right now under the SNP, it feels like our country simply isn’t working.
Scotland needs change with fairness at its heart.
On 7 May you can vote for it by backing the Scottish Liberal Democrats on the peach-coloured regional ballot.

In many constituencies across Scotland, we are on the verge of winning against the SNP.
But wherever you are, every vote for the Scottish Liberal Democrats on the second peach ballot will deliver change with fairness at its heart.
