You can keep trying to play dumb, but we all heard what she said. She talked about discouraging young conservatives from ever serving in the Trump Administration in the first place by scaring them with potential lawfare.
So let me get this straight. Slotkin suggested we prosecute people who broke the law, and right-wingers freaked out, saying how wrong she is... but now they are saying, "pardon all Trump staffers." I am sorry you cannot have it both ways. ??????

I've known @jamestalarico for nearly 20 years. When we were at @UTAustin in 2009, he ran the University Democrats and I ran the College Republicans. Although we disagreed, I once considered him a friend. But then he betrayed the entire student body for his own political gain.🧵

It was similar to Cregger's previous films in that the third act is its weakest. For a little over an hour, it was absolutely fantastic. Equal parts scary and funny with a great lead performance by Austin Abrams. The problem is once it reaches the Raccoon City Hospital, it loses some momentum before ending abruptly. The last 20 minutes are still solid, just not quite on the level of what preceded them.

Thor, Iron Man, and Cap had starred in 3 previous Avengers films and were the leads in Endgame(plus Tony and Steve had appeared together in Civil War). It made sense for them to team up. These female characters didn't even know each other. Plus they didn't do anything cool in that scene. It was just shameless identity politics pandering by Marvel. And in retrospect, it was a huge warning of the absolute dreck that was to come in Phase Snore and beyond.
the hate the “she’s got help” scene gets genuinely irritates me because it meant the absolute world to 14 y/o me. when thor, tony and steve team up, it’s “peak,” but when the strongest women in the mcu finally get their moment, suddenly it’s “cringe.”

Anyone else get deja vu with Steve Rogers' reveal in the Doomsday trailer compared to his reveal in the Infinity War trailer?

Which ones should we like? Supergirl(1984) Barb Wire Catwoman Elektra Wonder Woman Captain Marvel Birds of Prey Wonder Woman 1984 Black Widow Black Panther: Wakanda Forever The Marvels Madame Web Supergirl(2026) That's a mostly lousy collection of films.
Why do y’all hate female led superhero films so much

One thing people aren't mentioning about #Supergirl is that it confirms the revelation about Jor-El in Gunn's Superman. So for all of you hoping it would be retconned in Man of Tomorrow, forget about it. Gunn is doubling down on his stupidity.

I bucked all advice from my friends (and resisted my conservative bias) and decided to fully trust the Times journalists. As they left my home they asked that I not talk to any other outlets and I insisted then and repeatedly over the following weeks that I would keep my word and only share this story with them. But then the weeks dragged on. They kept coming back to us saying the editors needed more. I needed to go on the record (okay). We need more screenshots (okay). I met every bench mark they set, eager to provide more sources or evidence as needed. After the story went up I began to ask them … wait, where are the stories from the other women? Where are their accusations of sexual assault? Why am I the focus? Why are there 11 paragraphs dedicated to detailing my work history (more than has been published about Graham’s by far)? Why does it say “nobody could corroborate” when I offered them sources that COULD corroborate? Why did they include an out of context quote from a friend joking “do not call Graham” after I called off my wedding? (Because she knew I would never). Where were the screenshots they’d said they would use? Or the mention that I’d supported local democrats and that most of my family (and husband) are liberal? The editors said it was too much, they explained. The Times also failed to include any mention that I DID confide in multiple friends through the years that Graham had been abusive — long before he was running for office. Those friends confirm they told the Times so. It dawned on me that this really was a set up all along. The journalists I trusted who convinced me to share a story I never wanted to tell methodically delayed and twisted this into a gift to the Platner campaign. Violating the trust of his victims. Shattering the trust I placed in them with the most vulnerable story of my life. And at the end of my call with them I reluctantly accepted their insistence that this was still a powerful story and that I had done a brave thing. And I thanked them for all the hard work they had put into it. Still fawning after all these years.

The Rockets got outshot by the Lakers 79%-52%, turned it over 5 times, and are only down 4 after the 1st quarter? No excuses. Go win this game.

Not only did Amazon have "Technical Difficulties" at the end of a tightly contested play-in game that was in OT, but they also screwed up the graphics and showed Miami with a timeout remaining when they didn't actually have any. Amateur hour all around.

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

Did no one at the DNC vet this lunatic before anointing him over Crockett? He makes her sound rational by comparison.

White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go—through our words, our actions, and our systems. We don’t have to be showing symptoms—like a white hood or a Confederate flag—to be contagious.
