Inventory is low and interest rates are high for interested home buyers. Although one of the reasons for a low inventory surprised me but makes total sense. @AdamM2cees from McCallister Myers and Associates breaks down the state of the market tonight on @CBS21NEWS at 5:30 pm.

Not true for south central PA. York County saw a 9% increase from this time last year & Adams County is up 2% over last year, Cumberland County +1.7% & Dauphin County is the marginal outlier at - .3% (5/22 - 5/23)
