As a working class man from the Midwest, my best childhood memories with my parents were our yearly trip to the Sheboygan Cheesecake Factory Money was always tight, but mom and dad made sacrifices so we could enjoy the best of fine dining Libs don’t understand their classism
Replying to @ryangrim
I used to beg my mom to take me there. I never thought it was cheesy

Evan is right - those poor, dumb, stupid Americans love their cherished annual trip to the fanciest restaurant they can afford, the most sophisticated eatery they can comprehend, the sacred and hallowed Cheesecake Factory
Does Obama not understand that to most Americans the Cheesecake Factory is a very nice and fancy restaurant?

Is this the best you got and don’t you get sick of this?
If the DSA was a real working class movement, they’d embrace Cheesecake Factory aesthetics

The 🐐
“How much time do you think this defense secretary spends looking in the mirror in the morning? These are not serious people” — Obama’s audience in Ohio is hanging on every word as he skewers Trump and Hegseth

Less than two weeks until we get to witness these glorious crash outs from MAGA on a daily basis
Incredible how the reason they want to win an election is “nationalize,” “arrest,” “send him to The Hague” and not “change the law so that he can’t do XYZ thing we don’t like anymore.” Completely illegitimate, illiberal, antidemocratic movement.

This is my point: What was your reaction when Biden misspoke or stuttered? Did you have grace for him or say he should resign in shame?
Replying to @AdamMantine
Oh no I made a typo

This is the precedent I’m most excited for the Dems to follow once they’re back in power. Dems must take money away from conservative causes and red states, including and especially FEMA money after disasters. There must be revenge and yanking funding is a great tactic 👍🏼
Even when Congress explicitly states that appropriated money must be spent in a certain way, the Trump administration is comfortable ignoring it. The administration has frequently tried to enact a “pocket rescission,” a tactic that involves ignoring or overriding congressional appropriations so late in the fiscal year that lawmakers don’t have time to intervene before the funding expires on September 30. The U.S. Government Accountability Office argues that this maneuver is illegal; once Congress has appropriated funds in a specific way, the executive branch does not have the option to refuse to spend them. This September, the Trump administration “pocket-rescinded” $70 million of the $85 million that lawmakers had approved in February for International and Foreign Language Education grants, and $25 million of the $52 million budgeted for the High School Equivalency Program and the College Assistance Migrant Program, which serve migrant workers and their family members.

You respect him more for having sex with children and filming it? That’s an interesting omission!
My contrary take is that I respect Lindsey Graham more, not less, for not “living his truth” in a public way that required all of society to clap for him. Dude kept his private life private, it was none of our business. The right for the most part actually lives by the left’s false claim to not care what people do in their literal bedrooms. I only care if a guy makes it my problem and parade in assless chaps down Main St. in front of the kids.

It’s a lot more than being thrown under the bus by Trump, which already happened. The Ketamine is wearing off and he is now realizing that Trump won’t be in power to protect him forever and the Dems are truly out for blood this time.
Yes, Elon Musk will go under the wheels of the Trump bus in the end. They all do.

The infamous banned Halloween cold open from The Office that you won’t find on @peacock or @netflix. Michael Scott really had no boundaries.

He’s so talented and he is going to win
.@jamestalarico after Elon Musk sent $158M to support Ken Paxton: "Big money is powerful. I don't want to sugarcoat that. The richest man in the world is coming after us, but it is nothing compared to people power. Elon wants our land. He's already trying to buy one of our beautiful state parks down in South Texas. He wants our water for these AI data centers. He wants our taxpayer funds like when he ran that crazy DOGE process, and he wants his very own personal United States senator, and that's what he thinks he can get with Ken Paxton."

Lock him Up
GOP Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick says if Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of Starlink in Ukraine, "that is likely a violation of the law." "We've gotta investigate...We've got to call the witnesses, got to bring them in, put them under oath, and get to the bottom of it. Because this is this is a very, very serious matter. It cannot be glossed over."

This is so funny and weird but I laughed out loud
NOW - Trump: "I've never studied the body of a man before. It's not my thing. Nothing wrong with it, of course. Nothing. I always proceeded by saying nothing wrong, but it's never been my thing, to be honest with you. But I looked at his ass. And then I looked at his legs. And I said, his ass is like, it's like a pile of muscle."

He has done so many impeachable things it’s hard to know which one to impeach him for first
BREAKING NYT: A billionaire wanted a Trump pardon. His family gave Alina Habba a $50 million deal. Julio Herrera Velutini, a prominent Venezuelan, was seeking clemency. He got it not long after his daughter gave Habba, a lawyer close to Trump, an extraordinarily lucrative job. nytimes.com/2026/10/20/us/po…

We need to undo criminal justice reform
🚨 HE DRUGGED WOMEN, RAPED THEM WHILE THEY WERE UNCONSCIOUS, AND FILMED IT. SENTENCED TO 124 YEARS. NOW HE’S WALKING FREE. 😳 CALIFORNIA, OCTOBER 2026: A convicted serial rapist who was supposed to spend the rest of his life behind bars is back on the streets. His name is Andrew Luster, 62, heir to the Max Factor cosmetics fortune. And his crimes were the stuff of nightmares. Prosecutors proved that Luster drugged three women with GHB, sexually assaulted them while they were unconscious, and videotaped the attacks. When authorities closed in, he FLED TO MEXICO during his trial. It took celebrity bounty hunter Dog the Bounty Hunter to track him down. In 2003, Luster was convicted of 86 FELONY COUNTS and sentenced to a staggering 124 YEARS IN PRISON. But that wasn’t the end of the story. His sentence was later slashed to 50 years. And on October 11, 2026, after serving approximately 20 years, HE WALKED OUT OF PRISON. Here’s the detail that’s igniting outrage: California’s sentencing framework has treated certain rapes of unconscious victims as nonviolent for specific legal purposes. Now local officials are sounding the alarm over his release. 86 FELONY COUNTS. THREE WOMEN. A 124-YEAR SENTENCE. And the man responsible is free. If drugging and raping unconscious women isn’t considered violent under certain laws, WHAT IS?

Hair and makeup on point for hunting 😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂
Happy Opener, South Dakota! Foster and I wish you good luck in the field! Pheasant hunting is part of who we are, and it’s a tradition worth passing on to our kids and grandkids. As Governor, I partnered with landowners to start the Second Century Initiative, helping turn marginal land into wildlife habitat so the next generation can enjoy the same hunting traditions we grew up with.

So you took a picture of a man in the gym who didn’t consent to it and posted it on your large social media platform for clout and money and then have the audacity to claim HE was ogling YOU? You are the one who violated his privacy!
Even dressing modestly doesn’t deter creepy men from ogling you at the gym

Having an MD would in fact position you to help someone in an emergency situation. That shouldn’t be controversial. He transitioned to public health and became a prominent and successful epidemiologist, becoming the youngest Director of the Detroit Health Deparment.

Nah, we’re not gonna do this. Americans will look back on Trump and his supporters in shame. Some of us will be able to say we stood up against this disgusting conduct for 12 straight years. People like you will have to lie about your role in all of this
This is unforgivable, and future generations of Americans will look back on right now in shame.
