For Week 3 of #NationalWellnessMonth, Ali from Werner Wellness is breaking down simple, impactful nutrition tips whether you're out on the road or managing your day-to-day routine.
Ali's Quick Nutrition Tips:
➕ Add, Don't Subtract: Healthy eating doesn't mean cutting out everything you love. Focus on adding fruits, veggies or grilled options to your favorite meals.
❌ 📱 Eat Mindfully: Ditch the phone during meals. Taking time to focus on your food helps you recognize when you're full and satisfied.
🌈 Eat the Rainbow: If your plate looks a little too white or brown, add a pop of vibrant color to boost your nutrient balance!
Small changes add up to big results! Stay tuned for next week's focus: Sleep! 😴💤

Sometimes all it takes is a little social engineering to get the sensitive data needed to intercept a load.
Victor Louis of Load Secure called into FreightSpin studio during Nooner With Dooner to explain the scam
Fighting Cargo Theft & Chameleon Carriers In Cincinnati w/ Victor Louis | Nooner with Dooner
On Nooner With Dooner, Victor Louis of Load Secure calls in to FreightSpin studio for a no-holds-barred conversation on the current state of freight fraud, with a special focus on what’s happening in and around Cincinnati. Victor, who runs both a brokerage and a freight security platform, shares hard lessons from real cargo thefts, near-misses, and the systems that are failing the industry every day.
Key topics:
-Recent cargo theft activity and organized fraud rings operating near Cincinnati
-The worst practices still common in freight brokerages that make theft easy
-The dangerous insurance gap: drivers who are never added to carrier policies
-How carrier approval processes are being gamed
-The “safe driver shortage” and why it’s more complicated than most people think
-Non-domiciled drivers, 1099 classification, and elevated risk
-Should freight brokers face stronger licensing requirements?
This is an eye-opening discussion for brokers, shippers, and carriers who want to stop losing freight to organized fraud.

@TMobileHelp @TMobileBusiness @TMobile I was sold business internet in September by a salesperson who immediately disappeared. Never set up or used the router, and was told my first two months would be free. Started getting billed, called in march and was told my account was cancelled and I’d be refunded my payments as I never once used service. Months later, still billed. Called support and was told this time I needed to go to a retail location. Did this theee weeks ago, and we waited on hold 25 minutes for retail support who told us they were submitting a fraud report and I’d be contacted in 72 hours. It’s three eeeks later, no contact, and sent a $400 bill. About to go to the retail location to waste another hour of my time. This is ridiculous, and I need my issues resolved.

Only 15 minutes on hold. Gave the rep our information and he hung up on us. Me and a retail employee are now both incredibly frustrated with @TMobileBusiness

Mechanic tip:
When having your vehicle serviced always ask for the old parts back. This will help insure that all the new parts you paid for actually get installed. I have seen many instances where things like a hard to get to spark plugs were not replaced, new ones thrown away, Gaskets not replaced but rather sealant smeared over the leak, etc. Short cuts are taken.
However, note that some rebuilt parts like alternators, starters and calipers have core charges and could not be returned to you unless you pay for the core charge.
New parts should never have a core charge and can be returned to you, but be sure if you ask before the work is done. We mechanics don't like going through the garbage for customers parts they want returned.
And looks like me and the retail employee are sitting on hold for business support. How can you think this is good service for a business owner? Why such long hold times for a t mobile employee to reach support- 25 minutes last time, been five minutes and going now.
