Day 2 of #Meridian2026 🇵🇹
Great to see traditional finance at the table, with Jamie Walker of U.S. Bank joining Denelle Dixon for a fireside chat.
Another reminder that blockchain is moving closer to real-world financial applications.

We’re proud to be one of the 19 projects awarded funding through @PHI_Stellar’s Instawards! 🌟
At Velo, we’re building the application operations layer for @StellarOrg , making it easier for developers to integrate payments, connect with anchors, and build without the complexity.
Grateful for the support. Shipping more features soon!

Day 1 of #Meridian2026 wrapped up with an open town hall with SDF leadership.
Key takeaway: If it doesn’t make sense off-chain, it won’t make sense on-chain.
Great discussions on real-world utility, institutional adoption, privacy, and regulation.
A solid first day!

At #Meridian2026, Justin Rice (@jricetweets) from @StellarOrg took the stage and gave Rise In a shoutout for helping grow Stellar's builder community across Asia and Turkey.
Being recognized by an ecosystem partner on the main stage means a lot. Building developer communities that actually ship is exactly what we set out to do.
Thank you, Stellar. We're so excited for what's coming in 2027. 🚀

The baddest builders ain’t in SF. 🌍
We asked builders at #HackMeridian2026 one simple question: “Where are you from?”
Norway, Brazil, France, Venezuela, Bolivia, and many more answered.
From Türkiye to Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India, @BuildOnStellar developers are everywhere. ⭐

One standout stat from #Meridian2026!
While 11 of the 12 largest blockchain ecosystems saw a decline in full-time developers year over year, Stellar is the only one showing growth at +6%.📈
Great momentum for the ecosystem and more reasons to keep building! 🇵🇭

From first commit to funded projects! 🚀
Great to see @riseinweb3 recognized in the Stellar builder journey.
In the Philippines 🇵🇭, we’re seeing developers move from bootcamps to Instawards and beyond.
Watch @VN_Stellar’s conversation with Justin Rice! 👇
#BuildOnStellar
When Justin Rice (@jricetweets), VP of Ecosystem at SDF (@StellarOrg) described how builders go from first commit to a funded, launched project on Stellar, he started with Rise In.
He called it “a whole ladder of programs.” Builders learn and ship their first project with @riseinweb3, build through hackathons and ambassador Instawards, and grow into the Stellar Community Fund, which lets founders launch.
We take that first step seriously. We get builders from zero to their first real project, then connect them to the funding, support, and mentorship that come next. Right now, around 100 projects from the Rise In community are building toward Instawards.
At #HackMeridian2026 in Lisbon, our @VN_Stellar Chapter Lead Tiffany H. (@Tiffany_herefen) talked with Justin about where the ecosystem is heading. His advice to founders: start with a real problem, focus on access in your market, and remember that “what you need now more than anything is hustle.”
