Cheap Quality of Tar (Bitumen), Bad Quality of Finishing Materials resulted into Dozens Accident on Mankhurd Link Road Bridge. I visited Bridge today was shocked to see Patches & Glossy Surface. Just in a month of inaguration the surface of the bridge is removed & re-asphalted
