@airfrance and @AnneRigail, @Fly_harder - 36 hours since AF lost all 5 of our bags - no updates on the luggage tracker, no response to DMs on your account monitored 24/7, and no answer on phones. Any suggestions on how to determine what is going on? #lostluggage #AirFrance
And, @SITAonline's baggage tracing website is not updated nor helpful. This whole process could be automated and transparent. To be sure, #lostbaggage is a small problem in a complex world, but @airfrance could do so much better. /end
@anne @fapelous - more to share 1) @airfrance did not know our bags were returned. Customer service DM'd me to tell me about their baggage handling problems 2) items from one bag were stolen. 3) no one from @airfrance has meaingfully responded to any of my outreach. Wow.
