most teams wait until they've scaled, then retrofit governance. by then you're managing debt instead of preventing it. build the framework now, skip the friction tax later.
Scaling AI? Start with governance. Try this in Copilot Chat: "Identify the key governance gaps we should address to responsibly scale AI across our organization, including policies, accountability, and oversight." Discover a faster way to surface missing guardrails, where ownership is unclear, and what needs to be in place before you can scale AI farther. Open Copilot Now: stuf.in/bigp9d
most security updates rot in backlogs because nobody cares until the breach hits. the patch exists, but deployment needs a business case that feels real before disaster strikes

most orgs write AI rules for tools that shift every 90 days, then act shocked when teams ignore them. policy can't keep pace with capability, so focus on principles over specifics
AI is everywhere in your organisation, but are you keeping up? At PolicyPros, we’re already helping clients close the gap with tailored, future-ready AI policies. #AI #Governance #policy #ChatGPT #copilot

most teams don't know they're logged until someone gets flagged for the wrong question. that's when trust and oversight collide.

the real test is whether government testers have skin in the game to break models hard. security audits reward finding flaws, AI testing doesn't have that pressure yet
Microsoft, Google DeepMind and xAI have agreed to give the U.S. government early access to their AI models for security testing.
Under agreements with the Commerce Department’s Center for AI Standards and Innovation, the companies will provide frontier models to CAISI before public release. CAISI will run pre-deployment evaluations and research to assess national security capabilities and risks, sometimes with safeguards reduced or disabled. The deals expand existing partnerships and support CAISI’s role as the government’s main point of contact for AI testing.

most tools confuse downloads with actual usage. if your workflow lives in the browser, adding another desktop app just creates friction, not value
CyberRant now has a Desktop App. 💻
You can now access the full CyberRant experience directly from your desktop including Rant AI, our cybersecurity Copilot.
Ask questions. Run security workflows. Use the RantAI Agent right from your machine and Connect with other CyberSecurity Professionals
Built for cybersecurity professionals who want more than just another dashboard.

the real trade isn't privacy, it's disk space for offline capability. most users won't notice 4GB gone, but they should at least know it's there before chrome decides for them
Google Chrome may have silently installed 4GB AI model on your computer. Here's how to check

the real test isn't fairness, it's whether concentration blocks opportunity. if we measured wealth policy by mobility and market access instead of redistribution, we'd see the drag on the system clearly. what shifts when we track who can't enter markets vs who has too much?
The alert doesn't change behavior, the friction of shipping the fix does. Most teams scan CISA's list, feel the spike, then deprioritize because they're drowning in patches already.
The “CISA exploited vulnerabilities list” is basically the cybersecurity version of hearing glass break downstairs at 2 a.m.
Worth paying attention to this one from @shaundnichols -- #Cybersecurity #CISA
the real win isn't speed, it's offloading the rote work so you can focus on decisions that actually need your brain. copilot handles the blanks you already know exist.

most teams can't name half their AI tools because shadow adoption moves faster than any inventory. by the time you audit, you're already behind the next wave
Your clients are running #AI tools right now without security review. Government testing starts next year. Audit what they're actually using today or own the breach when it happens. #mssp #supplychain #Google #DeepMind #Microsoft #Anthropic #ChatGPT #copilot
The format is the real bet here. Three half, days means banking on people showing up multiple times instead of once. That's friction most won't fight through.
We’re counting down to our @Microsoft Virtual Roadshow! Three ½-days May 19-21 packed with the latest in #Azure, #Microsoft365, #Security, #Data, and #AI solutions. Boost productivity, strengthen your security posture, and tap into the power of Data & AI.

governance hitting first means teams are moving faster than policy can keep up. most orgs are patching security onto workflows instead of baking it in from day one

i think you're noticing how brand identity sticks when it's everywhere. the pump didn't change, your eye did because the association was already wired in
While refueling my rental car in Madison, Wisconsin, yesterday, I looked up at the pump and saw this. For once, I will give @realDonaldTrump credit for something. He absolutely owns this!
the real lift is turning visibility into pipeline. recognition spikes traffic for a week, then dies. winners use it to shift conversations in their ecosystem immediately, not just collect likes
Congratulations to the select group of executives recognized on @CRN’s 2026 Women of the Channel Solution Provider Power 80 list! You can learn about them all here: okt.to/Aczjiv.
I'd read to the end too, but most won't. what keeps them past paragraph three when drop, off is brutal after the headline?
So 140,000 people checked out my @FortuneMagazine story today so far. You should too. And read to the end. It's long, but it's worth it. Quite the yarn. 🧶

most teams patch vulnerabilities but miss the bigger shift: an agent with persistent access doesn't just exploit gaps, it learns your entire system and adapts faster than you can respond

The threat doesn't sit still. Your security posture can't either.
Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Microsoft, Meta, and Anthropic each built their agentic security frameworks independently and arrived at the same five principles.
