Critical security releases for PHP: store owners are encouraged to update their installations of PHP now. If you're on Automattic infrastructure (@wordpressdotcom, @WordPressVIP, @Pressable, @wpcloudofficial), you're protected. Otherwise check for updates from your web host. developer.woocommerce.com/20…

Looking at the list of extensions included in the Storefront Extensions Bundle and realizing almost all of these are doable out of the box with any block theme on Woo. I'd love to see more examples of Storefront customizations to see if there are any gaps in blocks.

I certainly won't be the only one from @WooCommerce at @WordPress WCUS this year; 2 of our excellent developer advocates are appearing as speakers, we'll have a booth, a community event, and a variety of other folks will be there: developer.woocommerce.com/20…

> 11.0 is due August 4. The counters will come back once someone finds out who is writing a zero. Props to the WooCommerce team for their hard work and dedication. remicorson.com/articles/2026… Thanks @remicorson for your breakdown. We have a lot of things we've been doing behind the scenes to avoid issues getting through to our users. Don't always get it right, but we do learn, and apply those learnings. Building a platform on top of a platform is tough!

We’re taking on @WooCommerce's GH backlog. Over the next three months, we’re reviewing every open issue and PR there. If you've filed an issue on WooCommerce Core: thank you, and you'll be hearing from us if it’s still open. I wrote about it here: woocommerce.com/posts/woocom…
