You probably knew this was coming but the good news is we are going online for 2020 and we are back in 2021, same weekend, same line-up, same brilliant location.

Thank you @edjackson8 for joining us today & sharing his #MyEverest story with our @LMAX Exchange Everest Rugby Challengers. In April 2017 Ed broke his neck diving into a swimming pool. This video is less than 18 months later. Incredible. edjackson8.com #EverestRugby

Our @LMAX Exchange Everest Rugby Challengers are tackling 2 @GWR World Records. Battling 35mph winds, a wind chill of -30 and blizzards. At 6,500m. We haven’t even mentioned the rugby... #helpingkidsthroughrugby Info > everestrugby.org.uk #MyEverest #EverestRugby

What do Challenges like the @LMAX Exchange Everest Rugby Challenge support? We visited @BFadventure to see the impact that funding from @SpoonCornwall is having on children and young people in the region. #EverestRugby #HelpingKidsThroughRugby

Climbing to success at BF Adventure

We visited BF Adventure to see their new state-of-the-art climbing wall. Funding from Wooden Spoon Cornwall enabled the installation, which has had a huge impact on the lives of children in Cornwall.

Our @LMAX Exchange Everest Rugby Challengers have been ramping up their training. Playing rugby matches on back-to-back days is one thing. But can you imagine doing it at 6,500m, with 45% oxygen, at -20°C? #EverestRugby #HelpingKidsThroughRugby
