University of Wisconsin @BadgerFootball long snapper @AgoodsLS made the trip to Eau Claire, WI to chase perfection! Andrew was already throwing a quality ball when he arrived, so our focus was on making things easier, more efficient, and continuing to refine the details. One thing that stood out was the amount of effort he was creating with his arms. The snap should be driven primarily by the wrists. Many long snappers try to create ball speed by throwing harder or aggressively locking out their arms, but true velocity and spiral come from proper wrist action and acceleration through the finish. When the wrists do their job, the ball really jumps off the hands. We used a handful of drills to help Andrew feel the difference, and once it clicked, the improvement was immediate. We also spent time working on acceleration through the snap and protection footwork. Andrew was moving differently to his right than to his left, so we introduced a few new cues to help even things out. The adjustments made a big difference and gave him a much more consistent movement pattern. Andrew has made tremendous progress since we started working together, and I’m excited to continue helping him chase perfection! $100 off Razor Pads - Visit STU Shop 15% off Wilson FB - “Stelter-270” 15% off Vivo Barefoot - “Kyle Stelter” $15 off Football Green Book - “fgb25” 10% off Light Helmets - “LIGHT10” 10% off Net Return - thenetreturn.com/SpecialTeam… 10% off Fringe Red Light - “CoachStelter” #longsnap #longsnapper #longsnapping #football #specialteamsu

Transfer long snapper @AgoodsLS made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection! Andrew and I have been working together for a while now and continue to see progress! Our big focus while he was here was getting his sequence cleaned up so he can create better flow and acceleration while snapping and protecting. It’s very easy for most snappers to condense their movement while trying to block. This happens due to them rushing their snap in order for them to block. While protection feels extremely urgent, the more efficient you are, the slower the game gets. Andrew made big gains and I’m excited to see where he takes his snapping talents to next! $100 off Razor Pads - Visit STU Shop 15% off Wilson FB - “Stelter-270” 15% off Vivo Barefoot - “Kyle Stelter” 10% off Pocket Radar - “Stelter10” $15 off Football Green Book - “fgb25” 10% off Light Helmets - LIGHT10 10% off Net Return - “ KYLE26803” #longsnap #longsnapper #longsnapping #football #WilsonFootball #ForTheBrand #specialteams #specialteamsu #specialteamsuniversity #WelcometotheU #ELITE #RESULTS
