SERIOUS CONCERNS OVER MALLAM NASIR EL-RUFAI’S HEALTH
Mallam Nasir El-Rufai’s blood sample reportedly tested positive for Enterococcus faecium, a bacterium capable of causing serious infections. According to a laboratory report dated October 16, the bacterium is resistant to vancomycin, raising further concerns about a possible bloodstream infection.
On October 22, his doctor reportedly recommended urgent hospital admission, appropriate treatment, and specialist consultation, warning that the proposed antibiotics might not effectively treat the infection.
Yet, serious questions remain about whether these medical recommendations are being given the urgency they deserve.
How can concerns about a detainee’s health be treated as secondary when his doctor has reportedly recommended urgent medical intervention? Even individuals accused or convicted of serious crimes are entitled to necessary medical care while in custody. No one should be denied appropriate treatment because of their political status or differences with those in power.
From the reported restrictions on Mallam’s access to his personal doctor to the current concerns over the implementation of medical recommendations, the situation demands urgent clarification and accountability.
If you saw Mallam’s recent photograph, you could understand why so many people are worried about his condition. Whatever he may be going through, he appears to be doing his best to remain strong.
But why should anyone have to fight for their health while already fighting for their freedom?
What exactly do they want from this man? Must his health deteriorate before the authorities recognise the urgency of the situation?
Mallam Nasir El-Rufai deserves timely medical attention, dignity, and due process. His health must not become a casualty of political disagreements.
His life matters. His health matters. And his fundamental rights must be respected.

BREAKING: Mallam Nasir El-Rufai’s blood sample tested positive for Enterococcus faecium, a bacterium that can cause serious infections. The laboratory report, dated Oct 16, also indicates that the bacterium is resistant to vancomycin, with concerns about a possible bloodstream infection.
On October 22, El-Rufai’s doctor recommended urgent hospital admission, treatment and specialist consultation, warning that the proposed antibiotics might not adequately treat the infection.
Yet, those holding him appear more concerned about keeping him behind bars than ensuring he receives appropriate medical care. When urgent medical recommendations are not prioritised, questions about deliberate neglect become unavoidable, because even convicted bandits are taken to the hospital when the need arises.
What exactly do they want? From denying Mallam Nasir El-Rufai access to his doctor to now refusing to follow medical recommendations, recommendations that even their own doctors agree with.
If you saw Mallam’s picture yesterday, you could tell the man is sick. He is only trying to be strong despite everything he is going through.
What exactly do you want from this man?

If e reach your turn, no go find who loves you, who can sacrifice for you and stay with you through all conditions. ❤️💯
Wallahi, she really tried. She deserves all the flowers in this world. 🌹❤️ No words can fully express how much we appreciate her for standing by her husband through thick and thin. She proved that true love is not just about the good times; it’s about staying loyal, showing strength, and standing firm when life becomes difficult. She is truly a woman of honour, patience, and loyalty.

APC go think say na AI. 😂😭 Daddy and his Bea mummy 😍❤️ Giving us that “for better, for worse” kind of love. 🥹❤️
Just have a good woman by your side. She’ll lift you up, keep you grounded, and make even the hardest days bearable.
Sometimes, all a man really needs is a good woman who stands by him through challenges, motivates him when he feels weak, and gives him peace when life gets difficult.
Because true love is not proven when life is easy; it is proven during the hardest times. ❤️💯
In an interview, the woman who reportedly sustained a head injury while campaigning for Uba Sani in Kaduna says she now regrets promoting him and the APC.
According to her, no APC official has visited her or even called to check on her following the incident.
Her account raises questions about the support political supporters receive when they are injured while campaigning. No one should have to face political violence, and every injured person deserves care and compassion, regardless of their political affiliation.
