Frick, what's the point of "made for kids" and "not made for kids" choice since the beginning then? If the YouTube AI moderation has been set to having trust issue on most of animation videos, and sometimes they won't gonna tell you behind the scene.
I even read the FTC guideline, and shoutout to @Codenamesuper for making me re-acknowledge this whole FTC COPPA thing again. And it's literally stated that basically said, "There can be animated programming that appeals to everyone" and "to determine whether it's child directed or not, it'll be have some factors to consider with"

I sincerely think @TeamYouTube needs to make an entire video as to why this keeps happening to animators and animation focused channels and take the steps to address it. People are losing livelihoods over a broken system.

I wish YouTube used real people instead of ai to review channels.
My videos are always listed not for kids and have visual warnings saying that it’s not for kids in the intro. Yet they take my YPP right after my most well performed video.

So @TeamYouTube just demonetized another creator for "misleading family content" simply because of their style and the fact that they're an animation channel.
@TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators You have to stop letting AI demonetize channels!!!
And if it happens, give us a proper appeal process where a real human looks at our case!!!

People can change depending on what actions they have done and if they still do it and if they have clearly apologized and regret said actions
BUT
Not everybody has to forgive them
Both AjayMLB and AjayMLB [M] are still wrongfully demonetized for the same misleading family content bs.
On AjayMLB [M] side, I already send a third appeal just to be denied and basically said the 'team' decision has final, and refused to do another review. Despite I already pointed out the main target audience are still 13-34 years old and even then, nothing on all my miraculous memes video or other miraculous videos has nothing inappropriate that falls into misleading family content category.
It's just the YouTube AI moderation knows and we can only guessing since they're not even give what the exact video(s) that violating that one specific policy. It's just like your boss fired you w/o showing the exact reason why.
I demand @TeamYouTube to do the human review on my channel and other channels (including I quoted retweeted here) who got affected by this whole false demonetization as well. No more AI Bot reviewing, it has to be an actual human review.

I have been demonetized for 9 months!
My last demonetization was September 2025 until March 2026.
I was re-monetized and YouTube apologized for their mistake.
I was once again Demonetized August 2026 up until now.
I have done nothing wrong. @TeamYouTube Monetize me back!!!

Why should the creator be punished if a minor watched it ? It’s the parents or legal guardians responsibility to make sure they don’t watch it.
