Breaking 🚨 It has come to light that Steve Smith had taken a pain killing injection on his neck a couple of hours before the toss to try and make himself ready for the 3rd Test in Cape Town. He went to the Cape Town Hospital early in the morning and taken the injection. An hour before the toss he went out for throwdowns with the batting coach Michael Di Venuto but unfortunately for him a couple of balls later his neck couldn't take it as he had issues putting his head up and down. It was his call not to take part the Cape Town test as he believed he wasn't in a position to give his best in the test match and didn't want to let the team down. The CA doctors/physios had cleared him to play and based on that assumption Pat Cummins expected him to be fit and available for the test even at 60%. The CA doctors failed in it's duty in not finding out the full disclosure neck issues and need to be held accountable for failing to communicate that to the captain, coach and selectors. How they did assume he was cleared fit when he was not questions the 'credibility' and 'trust' of the people in charge of the Australian players. CA were forced to put up a article saying that he has suffered a cervical facet joint injury which requires a period of rest and rehabilitation and is expected to be fit for the New Zealand home test series. Third rate and garbage Aussie sports journalists like Robert Craddock, Daniel Brettig, Tom Morris and Daniel Cherny made all sorts of baseless speculations and assumptions with their venomous and baseless articles questioning the professionalism of someone who has 'played 127 tests' for Australia and has given his blood, sweat and tears to the country. They are paid to their job but have failed miserably in their professions. People are well advised not to follow such clowns who need to use Steve Smith's name for publicity, relevance and headlines to run their already failed Sports media House ie Code Sports. They owe a public apology to Steve Smith for questioning his professionalism and commitment. Steve Smith is best adviced to come out and publicly call them out and shame them. Daniel Cherny and Tom Morris who are two of the biggest fuckwits in terms of sports journalism. They clearly have a hate driven agenda against Steve Smith. These 4 clowns should at least be honest and do justice to their profession rather than mentally trying to degrade one of Australia's greatest ever cricketers.
