Remember Kouri Richins' Midway Mansion? It's now on the market for $19.6 million.
Richins contracted to buy the unfinished estate for $2.9 million through her company, K Richins Realty. We learned during her trial in March that Richins had roughly $3.2 million to $3.8 million in debt at the time she bought the property.
Richins closed on the Midway Mansion on March 5, 2022, the day after her husband, Eric Richins, died from a fatal dose of fentanyl. She was convicted this year of killing him.
Richins had hoped to finish the home, raise a family, or run an event center with her boyfriend. But that never happened. She was arrested and the property went into foreclosure. It was eventually resold and the new owners have spent years finisihing the mansion.
