There will be a breakup after which you lose your ability to love. That is when you become an economic unit and your sole purpose is to boost GDP per capita (nominal) till you die.

It’s why I fled. The Canadian dream is to get an easy government job that produces nothing, like Greece.

51 years? Insane. These guys are all connected somehow. The year Ambode was announced as Lagos governor, we learned at Access Bank that he and Herbert were close friends from their ICAN days. 4 years later, when Sanwo-Olu emerged as the next governor, we found out again that he and Herbert had also been close during their time at GTB. What a small world.
Today well spent with my brother Segun Agbaje, Group CEO of GTCO. With 51 years of friendship between us, it’s a pleasure catching up and exchanging ideas 💭 …F.Ote💲

Poverty has a lot of impact in our decision making as a people. You expect her to leave her children and husband in Nigeria because of France. What is in France that is more important than her family? You don't even understand anything about marriage but you're praying for a life partner. Small breeze in France and you would have filed for divorce just like that. Poverty stricken evil populace.
I went abroad for further studies, and when I was done, I told my husband I wanted to stay back. I loved the country, the security, the system, and the quality of life. My plan was for him and the children to join me with time. But he said he had no plans of leaving Nigeria. I tried to explain my concerns: insecurity, inflation, blah blah blah.... His response? “Get a lawyer to file for divorce. I can't do long-distance marriage with you. I carried my two left legs and came back.

Social media have made it look like there are enough rich men to go round. 😂 Chances are that if you are going to marry a Nigerian man in his thirties he won’t be very rich, the riches start coming from 40 down - and that is if he has spent his 20s & 30s building. Which means there are more rich 40 year old men than there are rich 30 year olds, …which means that, statistically; majority of rich men (especially in a low millionaire dense nation like Nigeria) are in their wife’s house 😂 which means that you are more likely to land a rich sugar daddy in Nigeria than you are to land a rich single man. When it is narrowed down like this you are really faced with 3 options. ➡️ Option #1. Find a rich man in his 40s & displace his wife. ➡️Option #2. Go and chase your own money (rich women are sexy). ➡️Option #3. Find an ambitious man and make sure he is focusing on building one big business/career over time. But if you must absolutely become a rich 30+ man’s wife; your focus needs to be on men with 1. Daddy’s money. 2. Yahoo boys (they fall into a money windfall very young. God forgive you two). 3. Or move to a high brow area and hope you don’t land a guy faking it 😀 whichever part you pick, your dream is valid. Go Queen. However, I have noticed that a man can get very rich within 10-15 years of intense focus on something that can scale. One right idea. Very intense focus, and you have you a bubbling rich fine 40 year old husband side chicks will be dying to displace you for 😀 It is a big bet though, in that amount of time he could also face serious business disasters that will wipe him out. One bad business decision and puuff… …but then - not your portion.

This is what I keep preaching: take more risk while you’re young and as you get older & your portfolio matures, move down the risk curve and shift into defense mode.

7/10 My investments changed with my life. When younger, I was almost entirely in shares. Now that my portfolio can support my family’s lifestyle, preservation matters more. I keep at least half in T-bills and bonds, with the rest in equities. My needs changed. My allocation did too.

Imagine a Billionaire going to speak to Nigerians on TikTok live and Nigerians wanted to use gift and finish him on the live, he got so confused with the caps and moustaches that he said, “I don’t know what’s happening to me”. That live ended ranked 8th globally on TikTok. Peter Obi is a movement, his pull is too organic and he’s genuinely loved by Nigerians.

One of the best cars you can buy is a Lexus. Get one in a good condition and you're set for years. Any of the models. I bought mine for the looks because I can afford to be shallow. But it does the work nonetheless.

Lexus don’t have interior ,bro Acura has one the best interior in automotive industry.
Be honest. Does Acura really feel like a luxury brand in the same way Lexus does? Or does it still feel like Honda with a nicer badge?
