@MOI_QatarEn My flat owner asking me 1 month of rent(4000 QAR) as penalty even after giving notice one month in advance. Is it fair? I would like to draw your attention in this regard. I am forced to leave the country because my job contract expiring on 31st march.
As per property owner @capitaloneqa it’s mentioned in rent agreement to pay 1 month penalty. @MOI_QatarEn is it fair clause in agreement?
