Well, without giving too much away (transcript to come and I will be reporting on what happened fully) from today’s hearing… We were awarded attorney’s fees from the DPS (Department of Public Service)! More to come. Today I saw firsthand the impact a single lawsuit can have on an entire agency and a shadow office hidden within that agency. Yes, even in a state like New York. Do not discount what you are capable of doing to protect your town or village. And the biggest shoutout to our attorney who was mesmerizing to watch in action! It’s a good day.

This is a hard post for me. I never like to ask for help for myself. But I'm going to ask for prayers. I have been diagnosed with cancer. Any prayers would be appreciated.

Starting in childhood, we’re told how important it is to build strong bones. But how often have we been told our bones need to bend? Healthy bones flex under stress, then spring back. Strength and density are only part of what keeps them from breaking. In my practice, we focus on a hormonal balance that helps support bone elasticity, yet rarely enters the conversation about osteoporosis. Here I explain what we look for and the approaches my colleagues and I use to help restore bone strength: midwesterndoctor.com/p/how-m…

Nothing raises your prolactin like plain water all day. You drink 4 liters of mineral-free water because you were told to. Your sodium drops. Low sodium is a stress signal. Adrenaline and cortisol rise to hold your blood pressure up. Stress hormones push prolactin up. And dopamine, the thing that keeps prolactin down, gets crowded out. Hands cold. Pee clear every 25 minutes. Libido flat.

There is absolutely nothing organic or “grassroots” about the rise of the far-left wing of the Democrat Party. It’s a foreign funded communist takeover. Which is why we need disclosures NOW.

.@POTUS: We will pass the "No Invasion of Our Country Act." We will pass the death penalty for large scale drug dealers, human traffickers, and anyone who kills a police officer. We will pass voter identification, proof of citizenship, and the "SAVE AMERICA ACT."

.@POTUS: "Just today, it was announced by the Department of Justice that last year we had over 100,000 fewer rapes, 170,000 fewer robberies, half a million fewer burglaries, and almost 700,000 fewer violent crimes than when I took office."

New pre-print data: A quantum state was found underlying the function of mitochondria. Add that to the already peer-reviewed data demonstrating quantum biologic electron tunneling in mitochondria. Everything we think we know about biology & physics is about to be turned upside down in the next 5 years. "The high energy-efficiency of life is hard to understand only with classical physics...Here, combining experiments on cells, tissues and mitochondria with a theoretical model, we demonstrate a quantum state of mitochondria, which can be employed to modulate ATP production in living cells."

Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%. In 2022, the government banned those bulbs for "wasting" energy. But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls). Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children). Here I show what that research found and why Senator Mike Lee’s bill to bring these bulbs back, which has now cleared a Senate committee, matters.🧵 midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-h…

⏰ When you eat, sleep, exercise, and get light can all affect your circadian rhythm. @SatchinPanda joins @bschermd to explain how timing shapes metabolic health, brain function, and sleep, and what his research is revealing about time-restricted eating and circadian biology.

One of the first things I did was read this book on circadian rhythm. ⤵️ THE CIRCADIAN CODE by @SatchinPanda It helped my physical and mental health so much.

Birth control is one of the most common gateway drugs into psychiatry for young women. I see the pattern over and over. She starts the pill or an IUD. Months later she's anxious, irritable or depressed. Nobody connects the dots, so she gets a diagnosis and a psych med while the hormones keep destabilizing her mood. A Danish study followed over 1 million women. Every hormonal method raised the risk of ending up on an antidepressant, and for teens on the hormonal IUD that risk more than doubled. Comment TAPER and I'll send you my free safe tapering guide.

When you see a mom and her eight kids dancing in the dark, with nothing but truck headlights lighting up their laughter, you know she’s done her job right. Not because life has been perfect, but because they still find joy in being together. That’s what a strong family foundation looks like, love they can count on, a place where they belong, and the freedom to be themselves. Of all the things a mom can build, nothing matters more. ❤️

I'm autistic. A friend of mine cured my sensory overstimulation 11 years ago based on what she learned from studying scientific research papers. To this day, we're still trying to get the medical world to listen, because millions of people could be saved from suffering.
This case study is wild Man told he has between 6 months and 2.5 years to live Severe, end-stage atherosclerosis with multiple stents Stumbles upon obscure treatment in a random mouse study Orders it from some online company and starts injecting it intravenously Tracks everything. After less than 2 months: - Right carotid plaque down by 36% and 27% - Triglycerides down by 75% Still alive, and his name is Kyle Hodgetts Goes on to coauthor and publish his n= 1 data in two papers The “obscure treatment” = Beta-Cyclodextrin (hydroxypropyl-B-cyclodextrin) A molecule with such widespread use that it essentially can’t be patented, and is currently being investigated in early trials for its efficacy on a wider scale. Indeed, it can be purchased by anyone online. And it is entirely possible that it turns out to be a major challenge to multi-billion dollar statin industry, and it has very few reported side effects. Kyle eventually set up a company making a version of cyclodextrin which can be administered rectally, due to its poor oral bioavailability. The simplified proposed mechanism of action: - Binds cholesterol esters and sterols, carries them out of the body (via urine) - Dissolves cholesterol crystals - Restore endothelial nitric oxide synthase - Activates the LXR pathway Of course, prevention via diet and lifestyle and then targeted supplementation with things like nattokinase, niacin, aged garlic extract, CoQ10, etc would obviously be the route to take in the early stages. However, in the terminal stage, an intervention like this might end up being a major game changer.
