Ticket T-H52874 opened Oct 15. 13 days later the merge still isn't cleaned up.
Oct 15: paid for Premium so X, Grok, and Cursor would merge and old plans would cancel. Oct 16: charged a full SuperGrok period anyway.
Still owed from @xai support: full SuperGrok refund + unused Cursor Pro time from the merge date through the old period end. Old X Premium unused refund did land.
Followed up Oct 19, Oct 26, and again today — plenty of time to reply. Still waiting.
