We are extremely proud to present to you the official trailer for WAKING OF A NATION This is a fantastic SONY Series that we helped cast 🎉🎬☺️ Are you not on vShowcards? We can’t cast you in amazing international projects like this if you’re not here! youtu.be/bDdY-vdUnzw?feature…

COMING SOON!! vShowcards mobile #CASTING app #GameChanger ALL active profiles are automatically submitted for castings they match the brief for. You’ll ALWAYS be seen for those BIG projects you want to work on! Get seen by our international casting partners for some amazing projects 🎬🎬 COMING SOON 🎬🎉💥

In the wake of this #FakeCastings scandal, we would like to reiterate our stance on #TotalTransparency We have always insisted on Transparency, that’s why we had view counters on vShowcard profiles from the start. It’s also why when #castings are placed on our system and availability requests come in to users, the casting professionals profiles are clickable and you can trace everything back to source and the work they are known for. (See images) - the first image is only an example and not a real casting. In most cases, the CD will also have their socials listed so you can indeed check the validity. Where possible, we’ll also get the CD to post that their castings are being placed on vShowcards.com We will also verify all casting professionals we know personally and all established #CastingDirectors that join us in future. We’re actors, we know your struggles, we struggle too!! We are on a mission to change certain parts of the industry and we are highly protective of our users. Help us to bring the change 🎬 One thing we can learn from all this: If you’re suspicious, don’t stay quiet. CALL IT OUT! ASK QUESTIONS! We’re all in this together! The brilliant @MagFilmsLtd and @SeanPCronin were used as an example for this post.

When you are a vShowcards user, You are automatically suggested for EVERY casting that you match the brief for. If the casting director thinks you’re a good match for the role, they will then send you an availability request. You can then decide which profile they see for the casting, so for a comedy film, you might want them to see your comedy profile. Upon seeing your work, they can then request a self tape or audition from you. You can’t apply for their jobs, the whole system has been designed to never let casting directors get any applicants outside of their brief. They can then sort through applicants in minutes instead of days/weeks. We’re changing the game 🎬 #casting #castingdirector #cdg
