I'm excited to stay in touch with you, and I wish this website was a good way to stay in touch with you. But it's not! So let's hang out other ways.
if you use Twitter to find out about stuff, keep up with stuff, generally feel "in the loop" about stuff...it's time to find alternatives. This kind of good decision is gonna happen more and more. I'm done posting here next week and I'm not alone
Here is why we are no longer going to be active on Twitter: kcrw.com/news/articles/npr-t…
if nothing else, find a new way to get weather alerts. Standard stuff like this is getting borked: xitter.cf/NWSLosAngeles/status/1…
Twitter won't let me retweet anything containing Substack posts. So if I like a piece of writing there, it's hard for me to let you know that. (one piece I like: this by @ParkerMolloy readtpa.com/p/likes-are-now-…

We'd like to thank everyone who got a hand on the ball of supporting our podcast in this year's MaxFunDrive. We couldn't do the work we do without your help, and are forever grateful for the opportunity yall have given us to bring this show into the world 💕
This marks the official end of the 2023 #MaxFunDrive. We'll keep the MFD doors open until Sunday night, like we usually do (we call it Bonus Days). So if you've found out about the Drive late, we'll leave all of the special thank-you gifts up and you'll still count towards goals.

To say that you guys have been kind with your ratings/reviews would be a grotesque understatement. If you have read the last book but haven't had a chance to leave a rating somewhere, it really is the second-best thing you can do to make sure the writing continues, the first...

Thank you so much for a wonderful #MaxFunDrive! In addition to all of the kind folks who were already members, 13,543 of you started supporting or increased your support!
That means we passed our 13,000 milestone and will get to work building that MaxFun Foley library for you!
ALT A beige background with swoops of muted green stripes in the bottom left corner and right side. Heading, in a green vintage font: Thank you! Subheading, in a compact, wide font: 13,543 new, boosting, and upgrading members! The MaxFunDrive logo is at the bottom of the graphic.
we had a blast taping this! And this week's bonus show has an all-time funny ending
NEW EPISODE! 🎉 @AlexSchmidty @KatieGoldin and special guests Christian Weatherford & @elksneedle (from @JusttheZooofUs!) explore why taxidermy is secretly incredibly fascinating.

I'm going dormant on Twitter next week. If you like talking to me here, join that Discord.
thank you @_JDBurroughs_ for this wonderful fan art ❤️
Also, this post is from the free SIF Discord! If you follow the show here, you should join that Discord asap: discord.gg/wbR96nsGg5 This Twitter account is going dormant pretty soon. And the Discord is way more fun anyway
one of many reasons I'm gonna stop tweeting is that it's a lousy platform for communicating. Almost everybody who follows me will miss this tweet, and has missed the many other tweets I posted about this.
