A pasta dish like ravioli is not on Kelsey Dell’s menu on game day. “I have ‘eggs in a hole’,” the Crocus Plainsmen goalie said. “The last time I had ravioli at East Side Marios I had a very bad game, so since then I won’t touch it on game day.” bit.ly/3SZHRUE #bdnmb

By request... Here is the full, unedited speech from @nenshi today in #YYC. He openly condemns Smith's new anti-trans policies and calls her out personally. This is a speech the likes of which Alberta hasn't seen in quite a while. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

What I’ve been waiting for, Joni Mitchell’s magical performance of “Clouds” at #grammys after near-fatal aneurysm in which she had to re-learn how to speak and sing. A remarkable performance sample of resilience, creativity & the human spirit. Left me in tears.
