Dear Global GCV Movement Family and Esteemed Colleagues,
As emphasized in the official announcement made by our Founder and President, Ms. Doris Yin, my esteemed colleague Mr. İlyas Çiftçi has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Global GCV Movement.
I am highly delighted to hand over this duty, which I have carried out with great honor up to this day, to Mr. İlyas Çiftçi, who has proven himself with his outstanding efforts, loyalty, and organizational skills demonstrated in the General Assembly and the Grand Council of our movement. I have complete faith that he will fulfill this honorable responsibility in the most perfect way and elevate our movement to much higher levels by strengthening our global coordination.
As our President has stated, leadership is the art of service, execution, and achieving results rather than just titles. I will continue to provide the strongest support to the vision and action plans that Mr. İlyas Çiftçi will put forward in his new role, from my new position as the Executive Secretary to the President.
I wholeheartedly congratulate Mr. İlyas Çiftçi on this important and well-deserved appointment; I wish that his new role brings auspicious results for him, our organization, and the entire Global GCV Movement family. ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT PUBLIC AND OUR ORGANIZATION
To Our Esteemed Founder and President Ms. Doris Yin, and the Precious Global GCV Movement Family,
Life sometimes requires us to strike a delicate balance between our most sacred responsibilities—our family—and our global duties. Due to recent family circumstances that require my full attention and time, the need has arisen for me to step down from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Global GCV Movement, a role I have carried out with great honor, loyalty, and devotion, and transition to a new position where I can offer my energy in a different dimension.
As our Founder Ms. Doris Yin has emphasized; true leadership does not lie in titles, but in the responsibility taken, in service, in execution, and in the belief in our cause. With this high awareness, I accept the position of "Executive Secretary to the President," entrusted to me by the designation of our President, with great gratitude and unwavering dedication to duty. I will continue to contribute to the vision of our movement, work for the values we believe in, and provide my full experience and support at the closest point to our President.
This sacred journey is a relay race. I wholeheartedly congratulate my esteemed colleague and fellow leader, Mr. İlyas Çiftçi, who is taking over the flag, on his new role. I have absolute faith that he will fulfill the duties of the CEO in the most perfect way with his outstanding organizational skills, deep loyalty to our cause, and unwavering discipline. I wish him outstanding success in his new position and want him to know that I will always be one of his greatest supporters as we strengthen our global coordination.

The Global GCV Movement is pleased to officially announce the appointment of:
MR. ILYAS CIFTCI
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT
Mr. Ilyas Ciftci has previously served as Vice Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Global GCV Movement Grand Council. During this period, he has demonstrated commitment, responsibility, loyalty, organizational ability, and a willingness to undertake substantial work for our global community.
As the Global GCV Movement continues to expand, we need stronger coordination and execution across our countries, leadership teams, and six functional divisions. The CEO position therefore requires not only a title, but consistent action, communication, accountability, and the ability to turn the strategic direction of the Grand Council into practical implementation.
After careful consideration of our current organizational needs and Mr. Ilyas Ciftci’s performance and contribution, I have decided to appoint him as Chief Executive Officer of the Global GCV Movement, effective September 10, 2026.
As CEO, Mr. Ilyas Ciftci will work closely with the Chairperson, Grand Council, national leadership teams, and the six divisions to strengthen global coordination, follow up on implementation, improve accountability, and help ensure that decisions are translated into measurable action.
At the same time, Mr. Ali Yanık, our former CEO, has been transferred to the position of Executive Secretary to the Chairperson due to his current family circumstances. We sincerely appreciate his previous service as CEO and look forward to his continued contribution in his new role.
Leadership is not about titles. Leadership means responsibility, service, execution, and results.
I congratulate Mr. Ilyas Ciftci on his new responsibility and ask all Global GCV leaders, ambassadors, divisions, and country teams to cooperate with and support him in carrying out his duties.

LEADERSHIP TRANSITION & NEW APPOINTMENT
The Global GCV Movement hereby announces an important leadership transition within the Grand Council and Office of the Chairperson.
Mr. Ali Yanık, who has been serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Global GCV Movement, is currently unable to continue performing the full responsibilities of the CEO position due to family circumstances.
We sincerely recognize and appreciate Mr. Ali Yanık for his dedication, loyalty, contributions, and support to the Global GCV Movement. This transition should not be interpreted as a rejection of his past service or contribution.
After consideration of both organizational needs and Mr. Ali Yanık’s circumstances, the Global GCV Movement has decided to transfer him to a new role:
MR. ALI YANIK
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO THE CHAIRPERSON
In this position, Mr. Ali Yanık will work directly with the Chairperson’s Office, assisting with executive communication, coordination, follow-up, documentation, and implementation of instructions and decisions from the Chairperson.
This arrangement allows him to continue contributing to the Global GCV Movement while carrying responsibilities more compatible with his present circumstances.
The CEO position will therefore be reorganized separately as part of our continuing effort to strengthen global management, execution, accountability, and coordination among our countries and divisions.
Leadership positions are responsibilities rather than honors. Organizational adjustments are made according to the needs of the Movement, the responsibilities of each position, and the ability of each person to serve effectively.
We thank Mr. Ali Yanık for accepting this new responsibility and look forward to his continued contribution.

The Global GCV Movement is pleased to officially announce the appointment of:
MR. BAHAJ KAMAL
VICE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (VICE CEO)
GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT
Effective September 8, 2026, Mr. Bahaj Kamal is officially appointed to serve as Vice Chief Executive Officer (Vice CEO) of the Global GCV Movement.
Mr. Kamal currently serves as Chair of the GCV Industry Alliance in Morocco and Director of the Global GCV Movement Advertising Division.
His background, capabilities, character, leadership qualities, and previous contributions were already introduced when he was appointed Director of the Advertising Division. Therefore, we will not repeat his full introduction here.
LEADERSHIP ADJUSTMENT
This appointment is being made according to the current operational and leadership needs of the Global GCV Movement and its Grand Council.
Mr. Cuneyt Eser, who was previously appointed as Vice CEO, is currently unable to assume and carry out the responsibilities of the position due to family circumstances.
Therefore, after consideration of the organization's present needs, Mr. Bahaj Kamal will replace Mr. Cuneyt Eser in this position and assume the responsibilities of Vice CEO.
At the same time, our CEO, Mr. Ali Yanık, has also requested temporary leave due to family circumstances.
With these circumstances occurring during an important period of global organizational development, we need to strengthen our executive leadership capacity to ensure that international coordination, management, decision-making, and daily operations can continue effectively.
For this reason, the appointment of Mr. Kamal is not simply the granting of another title. It is a necessary organizational arrangement to strengthen the Grand Council and executive team and maintain continuity of leadership and execution.
We sincerely respect the family circumstances of both Mr. Cuneyt Eser and Mr. Ali Yanık and appreciate their previous service and contributions.
LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE
A leadership position within the Global GCV Movement is not a personal privilege, reward, or permanent entitlement.
It is a position of service, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
The higher the position, the greater the responsibility.
Our leadership structure must always be based on the actual needs of the organization. When circumstances prevent a senior leader from actively carrying out the responsibilities of a position, appropriate organizational adjustments may be made to ensure that the work continues.
Through his previous service, Mr. Kamal has demonstrated qualities we value in senior leadership, including vision, wisdom, integrity, humility, dedication, responsibility, strategic thinking, teamwork, and willingness to serve.
As Vice CEO, he will work closely with the Chairperson, Grand Council, divisions, national leadership teams, and other global leaders to strengthen coordination and execution and advance the long-term mission of the Global GCV Movement.
We congratulate Mr. Bahaj Kamal on accepting this greater responsibility and look forward to his continued contribution and service.

And someone who genuinely wants prosperity does not personally block the road that could lead toward it.
So today, I once again remind every leader, merchant, and pioneer:
STOP BEING SHORT-SIGHTED.
Do not sacrifice integrity for traffic.
Do not lose your direction for temporary fame.
Do not destroy a larger future opportunity for a small immediate gain.
And do not dream about financial freedom while simultaneously doing things that undermine the healthy development of the community.
Look farther ahead.
The causes you create today help shape the results you may experience tomorrow.
When a better, more responsible, and more sustainable road is already in front of us, why refuse to take it?
Do not allow a small temptation directly in front of your eyes to prevent you from seeing the much greater future ahead.
That is the true meaning of “鼠目寸光”—short-sightedness.

A MAJOR COMMUNITY MISTAKE:
DO NOT CONFUSE CBDCs AND BANK DIGITALIZATION WITH PI NETWORK
PART 1 — TWO DIFFERENT CONCEPTS, TWO DIFFERENT PATHS
Dear Global Pioneers and Community Leaders,
Today, I want to address a serious mistake that continues to appear in some communities.
Some community leaders do not clearly understand the differences among CBDCs, bank digitalization, digital assets, and Pi Network, yet they continue sharing news from central banks, commercial banks, governments, and financial regulators as though these developments were directly connected to Pi Network.
This can seriously mislead Pioneers.
1. CBDC IS NOT PI NETWORK
First, everyone must understand one fundamental distinction:
CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and Pi Network are not the same thing.
A CBDC is generally a digital form of sovereign currency issued or backed by a country's central bank.
Its path is essentially:
Government → Central Bank → Sovereign Currency → Digitalization
Pi Network developed through a very different model.
Pi began with participation by ordinary people around the world and seeks to build utility through its network, community, applications, merchants, and ecosystem.
From the perspective of our GCV community-building philosophy, the path is:
Pioneers → Community → Merchants → Ecosystem → Utility → Economic Network
These are two different concepts and two different development paths.
Therefore, when a country announces a CBDC project, or when a central bank discusses digital currency, community leaders must not immediately tell Pioneers:
“This is preparation for Pi.”
“The banks are getting ready for Pi.”
“This means Pi is about to succeed.”
Unless there is reliable evidence directly connecting that development to Pi Network, such statements are speculation—not fact.
2. DIGITAL ASSET REGULATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN PI REGULATION
Governments around the world are developing regulations concerning digital assets, crypto-assets, stablecoins, exchanges, payment systems, and other financial technologies.
We should study these developments.
But we must remember:
Digital Asset Regulation ≠ Pi Network Announcement
A regulation covering digital assets does not automatically mean that it was created specifically for Pi Network.
Nor does it automatically mean:
“The government has approved Pi.”
Whether a particular law or regulation applies to Pi, Pi-related services, merchants, exchanges, or other activities depends on the jurisdiction, the specific activity, and the applicable legal definitions.
Community leaders must not create their own conclusions and present them as official facts.
3. STOP CREATING THE “WAIT FOR REGULATORS” MENTALITY
Another dangerous misunderstanding is:
“We don't need to do anything. Once governments, banks, and regulators approve everything, Pi will succeed.”
This is the same waiting mentality that I have repeatedly warned against.
Regulation may influence the environment in which a digital economy operates.
But regulators cannot build an economy for us.
Banks cannot find merchants for us.
Governments cannot educate Pioneers for us.
Regulators cannot create products, services, utility, community trust, or economic circulation for us.
A real economy requires real participation.
It requires:
Pioneers.
Consumers.
Merchants.
Businesses.
Developers.
Products and services.
Real economic activity.
The project team develops the technological infrastructure.
But economic participation must come from society.
Technology alone cannot create an economy.

With extensive experience in production management, Kaizen, continuous improvement, team coordination, and team development, he has received the Excellent and Innovative Employee Awards (2024–2025) and a Trade Union Certificate of Merit. Within the GCV community, he has served as GCV Ambassador for Hung Yen Province and was recognized as Best Deputy General (October–November 2025).
Mr. Đào Văn Long has demonstrated strong leadership presence, decisive execution, organizational discipline, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility. He has the ability to earn respect, maintain team discipline, strengthen unity, and turn organizational objectives into concrete action and results.
His leadership authority, execution capability, courage, accountability, and ability to mobilize and coordinate teams make him well qualified to assume the responsibility of General — GCV Army Vietnam.
In this position, he is entrusted with leading and coordinating the GCV Army Vietnam team, strengthening organizational discipline, promoting Pioneer education, developing capable leaders, and advancing peaceful and constructive community development in accordance with Global GCV Movement policies.
The Global GCV Movement recognizes his dedication and leadership and expects him to lead by example, act with integrity, execute with determination, and build a disciplined, united, efficient, and high-performing team.

Today, I want to warn those who deliberately spread rumors and false information, or deceive and exploit Pioneers for fame, followers, influence, or money:
Please stop.
Do not assume that using a fake name or anonymous account means you can escape accountability. Conduct involving fraud, defamation, or other unlawful acts may carry legal consequences, depending on the facts and applicable law.
But I want to tell you something more:
Even if you escape human investigation, you cannot escape karma.
There is an old Chinese saying:
“Three feet above your head, there are divine beings watching.”
Buddhism teaches that karma follows us like a shadow.
If you deceive Pioneers, create false expectations, or exploit people's trust for followers and money, you may harm others—but ultimately, you may also damage your own reputation and future.
The fame and wealth you gain today may be nothing more than a fleeting illusion.
So do not sacrifice your integrity for short-term gain.
Do not spread lies.
Do not deceive.
Do not exploit Pioneers.
True and lasting success must be built on honesty, goodwill, and legitimate conduct.
Whatever seeds you plant today will shape the consequences you face tomorrow.
