I have never found myself so frustrated trying to get hold of customer service as i have with @TommyHilfiger i have spent months doing requests on their website- to get a response saying try this link to the same website we only deal with US orders !?

Yesterday I could’ve lost my child because the staff @BootsUK were negligent and lacked complete empathy whilst I repeatedly asked for help while my 6yr old son had an asthma attack.

Absolutely shocking experience with @NastyGal @NastyGalHelp !! Ordered a skirt on the 14th October and paid next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived and every time I ask for my money back I’m told to wait longer !! Hermes have had it “being delayed” since the 22nd !!!
