Yesterday our last group of students went through small animal CPR training. This makes 50 students total in our program that are now CPR certified for small animals!!! #BetterTogether #WeAreAlief #AliefProud #CTEMonth
Today our first group of students & Ms. Sams got PetSaver CPR, First Aid, & Care certified by Pawsitive Relations & Pet Tech. We are excited to give our students this opportunity & another certification they can add to their resume. @AliefISD @Alief_Career
Today Practicum students got to learn how to properly bandage by using each other’s arm to bandage. They get to wear their bandage for 24 hours & grade their partner on their wrapping ability. It allows them to feel what a pet would feel as well.
It’s 6:30am and our students are already in Cloverleaf ready to help out at The Empty Shelter Project!
