The problem isn’t just that we’ve stopped disciplining children. We’ve started replacing accountability with diagnoses.
Now we’re raising a generation of adults who believe everything is somebody else’s fault.
Children need discipline, boundaries, and parents who act like parents, not parents trying to be their best friends.

LISTEN: Midland Christian (5-4, 2-1) is preparing for the regular-season finale against Grapevine Faith.
HC Phil Dawson emphasized that the opponent doesn't matter and the Mustangs' standards don't change.

🤯 WHAT JUST HAPPENED 🤯
‘28 ATH Carmelo Carter comes up with the int, then ‘27 Callaway Rodriguez hit sticks him and All Saints turns over the turnover.
And none of it counts due to a roughing the passer call!

Last week, a dozen Camas girls’ cross country runners walked off the starting line together.
This week, Battle Ground sophomore Elise Bierer did it alone. Before she started high school, her mom warned her this could happen, and Elise said she’d stand up for what was right. At districts, she gave up her shot at regionals to keep that promise.
Her mom: “I’m super proud.”
Girls shouldn’t have to give up their seasons to be heard.
WATCH: A Washington high school runner walks away from a chance to advance to regionals, then breaks down in tears as her mother rushes to embrace her.
Battle Ground High School sophomore Elise Bierer steps off the starting line at a district cross-country meet, refusing to compete against a transgender athlete who began the year competing against boys.
Bierer, one of her team’s fastest female runners, previously told her mother she would not race against a transgender athlete if faced with that situation.
The decision brings her cross-country season to an emotional end. | @Outkick
