One last ride starts with this group of @AlmaScotsXCTF seniors on Friday at the Drenth XC meet. Since Covid cost them their freshman XC season, they have been nothing but determined to make the most of their opportunities. To say I'm proud of them is an understatement! #GoScots
We are very pleased to announce the addition of @LillianAlbaugh to our @AlmaScotsXCTF coaching staff after a highly decorated career as a student-athlete at both Olivet and Northwood. #GoScots

A quiet morning on the track with the sun coming up as we get ready to start Day #2 of XC season. What a great view if I don't say so myself. #GoScots

Results aren't limited if someone completely buys into their plan of attack, has patience in the process along the way, and does not allow the outside distractions to steer them away from the plan. If the end result truly means that much, a goal oriented person finds a way.
It was a GREAT year, for sure! Well done, Scots!!! π ππ #GoScots
Congratulations to 8 Scots who moved into the all-time top 10 lists in Alma College Outdoor Track & Field history this season!

Today, our new @AlmaScotsXCTF steeplechase team member did clear the barrier. However, he had a difficult time making it out of the water pit. I guess we'll continue to work on things tomorrow. #GoScots
