LRT; Network Engineering is so slept on man, you’re pretty much an IT plumber. No one cares about it until the data stops flowing lol

The best thing you can do for yourself to prepare for the next 1-5 years is the following: - setup 1Password, LastPass or some other password keeper - get your family familiar with multi factor authentication

Bank needs to list this and let an investor take on that risk, but sounds like they’re not ready to take that loss
First off at least they can afford condoms so we don’t get homeless babies ! The 2026 Texas housing market is a literal horror movie. πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡ This foreclosure is the absolute definition of a community nightmare. The previous owner poured six figures into a full remodelβ€”granite, custom cabinets, high-end flooring. Today, it’s a biohazard zone being used for full-on crack orgies right next door to innocent families. The neighborhood is desperate. A hardworking local family has begged me for help because they have to listen to the chaos every single weekend. I’ve boarded this house up repeatedly. The squatters just un-board it and come right back to wreck it. The level of destruction inside is insane: β€’Completely Stripped: Every single wire ripped out for scrap copper. β€’Gutted: Furnace, water heater, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanities all stolen. β€’Trash & Paraphernalia: The floors are covered in empty beer cans, drug wrappers, and used condoms.
β€’The Smell: They are using the dry bathtub as a toilet. Opening that door was a massive mistakeβ€”the stench instantly overpowered the entire property. This is what happens when foreclosures sit vacant and unmaintained, rotting out a neighborhood. Local families pay the price while illicit activity turns real estate investments into hazardous properties. We’re sealing it up one more time today, but until the banks or the state take real action, these neighborhoods face an uphill battle. Would you live next to this? How is your city handling the vacant property crisis? Drop your thoughts below. πŸ‘‡
