INTERLINK VISA CARD IS OFFICIALLY LIVE 💳 InterLink has just taken a major leap toward real-world adoption with the launch of its InterLink Visa Card — and this changes everything. Unlike most Web3 solutions that stop at holding or trading assets, this card is built for real utility. You can now seamlessly convert crypto like Tether and Ethereum into actual spending power. No more “just numbers on a screen” — your crypto becomes money you can use anywhere, anytime. What makes it powerful? The onboarding is smooth and fast — no complicated steps, no technical stress. Just sign up and start spending. Global usability unlocked The card integrates effortlessly with platforms like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Notion, Shopee, and Grab — plus anywhere that supports Visa. From shopping to transport to subscriptions — your crypto now fits into your daily life. But this is bigger than a card… It’s a bridge between Web3 and the real economy — where digital value doesn’t just sit, it moves, circulates, and works for you. And this is just the beginning. Soon, native assets like $ITL and $ITLG will step beyond the ecosystem and enter real-world payments — completing the cycle from on-chain value to real-world utility. Update your app. Activate your card. Step into the future of payments. #InterLink #ITLG #ITL

IBW + Devcon week in Mumbai is done. MY POV: - IBW Institutional was the good of the week FOR ME. Curated talks, strong speakers, and panels on the topics we actually need to discuss in 2026. The audience was people you genuinely wanted to talk to. That's an event I'd want at scale. Then there's the gradient. The main IBW conference hasn't changed: creators explaining things they don't understand with zero regulatory context, brand booths, and people asking where to get a free wallet or cap. I could paste last year's feedback and it'd still be accurate. - Devcon in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, should've been a moment for global finance and blockchain Devs in one room. You could see the potential when it was announced. Free tickets to Road to Devcon communities didn't build an ecosystem, It built a swag queue. Too many sponsors shared the same story: 90% where just non web3 students asking about the steps to get a tshirt, bottle, power bank, not what anyone was building or it's Impact. Keep it paid, and the ones who show up are genuine builders. Timing hurt too. It landed in Diwali week, and ETHGlobal Mumbai's Day 2 Today fell on Dhanteras. Global folks had just flown in for Korea + Singapore weeks earlier. A month's gap, after Diwali, in a tighter venue like Pavilion 3 (where Pragma ran) would've made a far better event. My biggest gripe is that the agenda didn't mature. It felt like someone fed Devcon Bangkok into gpt with "recreate this, but don't make it obvious." The real 2026 questions are different. How does DeFi Builders fit into regulatory frameworks of current world? How do builders work with TradFi moving onchain? What does privacy look like when a compliance officer has to sign off on it? The audience grew up, the industry grew up, and the agenda should too. No hate to anyone, Events this size are hard, and there were real bright spots, could be better and next time it can be. 🙏

Canton Network: How Privacy and Interoperability Work Together 🧵 1/ Imagine a financial institution transferring a tokenized asset to another institution. Both parties need to verify the transaction, agree on the outcome and maintain accurate records. But neither institution wants to expose its confidential business information to everyone on the network. This is the problem @CantonNetwork is designed to address. #CantonResearchNov26 2/ Privacy is built into the architecture. Unlike blockchain models where transaction information is broadly visible, Canton uses sub-transaction-level privacy. This means participants only receive the parts of a transaction relevant to them. Sensitive financial information stays with the parties that are authorized to access it. 3/ How does this work? Canton uses Daml smart contracts to define: * Who can access a contract. * Who can participate in a transaction. * Who can authorize changes. * Which parties are allowed to see specific information. The protocol enforces these permissions. Privacy is therefore part of how applications are designed, not simply an extra feature. 4/ Understanding the Global Synchronizer. The Global Synchronizer is an important part of Canton’s interoperability infrastructure. Think of it as a coordination layer that helps independent applications and participants agree on transaction ordering and confirmation. It coordinates transactions without needing to see the confidential business data behind them. 5/ Why does interoperability matter? Imagine one application manages tokenized securities while another manages digital cash. Without interoperability, these applications could operate in isolation. Canton enables them to coordinate transactions across applications while preserving their individual privacy rules and controls. This creates opportunities for more connected financial workflows. 6/ Atomic Transactions: Why They Matter One powerful capability is atomic transaction execution. For example, imagine exchanging a tokenized security for digital cash. The transaction can be structured so that both sides complete together or neither side completes. This reduces the risk of one party transferring its asset without receiving the agreed payment. 7/ Who operates the infrastructure? The Global Synchronizer is operated by independent organizations known as Super Validators. They support transaction sequencing, confirmation and network governance through a Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus mechanism. The system is designed so that no single organization can unilaterally control the Global Synchronizer. 8/ The Bigger Picture Canton’s architecture brings together three important capabilities: 1. Privacy: sensitive information stays with authorized participants. 2. Interoperability: independent applications can communicate and transact. 3. Synchronization: participants can coordinate transactions and reach consistent outcomes. These capabilities are particularly relevant to financial institutions operating across different markets and applications. 9/ My Take I believe the real opportunity for Canton is not simply putting financial assets on a blockchain. It is enabling those assets, applications and institutions to interact without sacrificing the privacy and control required by financial markets. Technology becomes more valuable when it solves real problems. And privacy-enabled interoperability is one of the problems worth paying attention to. What matters next is how widely this architecture gets adopted in real financial workflows. @CantonNetwork @CantonFdn #CantonNetwork #Blockchain #RWA #InstitutionalFinance

Canton Coin ($CC): Understanding the Economics Behind the Network 1/ 🧵 A blockchain ecosystem needs more than technology and institutional partnerships. It needs an economic model that rewards participation, encourages real usage and supports long-term sustainability. This is one of the interesting things about @CantonNetwork. Let’s break down how Canton Coin ($CC) works and why its economic design deserves attention. #CantonResearchNov26 2/ No traditional VC allocation or pre-mine One interesting feature of Canton Coin is its distribution model. According to Canton’s official documentation, $CC was launched without a traditional pre-mine, pre-sale or preferential VC allocation. Instead, coins are earned through contributions to network utility. This creates a different relationship between token distribution and ecosystem participation. 3/ Understanding the Burn Mechanism 🔥 When users access services on the Global Synchronizer, fees are denominated in USD but paid through Canton Coin. The corresponding $CC is burned, permanently removing those coins from circulation. This means network usage can directly contribute to reducing the circulating supply. The more fee-generating activity takes place, the greater the potential for coin burning. 4/ Understanding the Mint Mechanism Burning is only one side of the economic model. Canton also rewards participants who contribute value to the network. These include: * Super Validators operating infrastructure. * Validators supporting network activity. * Application providers delivering useful services. New $CC is minted as rewards according to protocol-defined activity and allocation rules. The objective is to reward productive participation rather than simply holding tokens. 5/ Why Burn and Mint Matter Think about it this way: If the network generates substantial activity and burns more coins than it mints, circulating supply can decrease. If minting exceeds burning, circulating supply can increase. This is why investors and ecosystem participants should pay attention to both sides of the equation. A burn mechanism alone does not guarantee scarcity. The balance between issuance and actual usage matters. 6/ The Bigger Economic Opportunity Canton’s economic model becomes particularly interesting as more applications, institutions and financial workflows connect to the network. More meaningful activity could create: * Greater demand for network services. * More fee-generating transactions. * More opportunities for application providers. * Increased participation from infrastructure operators. * More $CC burned through network usage. This is the economic relationship worth monitoring. 7/ What Should the Community Monitor? I believe we should pay close attention to five important indicators: 1. Daily and monthly $CC burned. 2. New $CC issuance and reward distribution. 3. Growth in application-provider activity. 4. Real transaction and settlement activity. 5. The relationship between total issuance and total burning. These metrics can help the community understand whether network adoption is translating into stronger token economics. 8/ My Final Thoughts I believe Canton Coin deserves to be evaluated beyond short-term price movements. However, we should also be honest: a strong economic design does not automatically guarantee price appreciation. Sustainable growth requires real adoption, consistent utility, responsible issuance and increasing economic activity. The long-term question is simple: Can Canton turn institutional adoption into sustained network usage and meaningful economic demand for $CC? That is what I will continue researching. @CantonNetwork @CantonFdn #CantonResearchNov26 #CantonCoin #CC #Tokenomics #CantonNetwork

Bitcoin on Canton: CBTC Takes Another Step Into Institutional Markets. The expansion of Bitcoin on @CantonNetwork is becoming more interesting. @BitSafe_Finance has partnered with @markets_edx to introduce CBTC/USD spot trading, marking CBTC’s first listing on a centralized exchange. But there’s another important part of this development: liquidity. @Granite_River is supporting the new market by providing two-sided quotes, helping create a more reliable trading environment for eligible institutional participants. Why does this matter? 🔹 1. Bitcoin accessibility: CBTC brings Bitcoin-backed value into Canton’s privacy-enabled financial ecosystem. 🔹 2. Institutional liquidity: Granite River’s involvement helps support market depth and trading activity. 🔹 3. More financial opportunities: CBTC is designed to support use cases beyond simply holding Bitcoin, including trading, lending and asset transfers. 🔹 4. What’s coming next: Planned developments include CBTC/USD perpetual contracts and CBTC/BTC spot trading. The bigger picture is clear: Bitcoin-backed assets are finding more ways to connect with institutional financial infrastructure. This is what ecosystem growth looks like better access, stronger liquidity and more real financial use cases. Credit to @BitSafe_Finance, @markets_edx and @Granite_River for pushing this forward. #CantonNetwork #CBTC #Bitcoin #InstitutionalFinance

CBTC: HOW BITCOIN IS FINDING A NEW HOME IN INSTITUTIONAL FINANCE THROUGH CANTON. Bitcoin is powerful, but what happens when its liquidity can be used within a privacy-focused financial network built for institutions? That’s where CBTC comes in. Built by @BitSafeFinance on @CantonNetwork, CBTC brings Bitcoin onto Canton as a token backed 1:1 by real BTC. But how does it actually work? 1. Bitcoin backing For every CBTC issued, an equivalent amount of BTC backs it. This allows users to access Bitcoin value within Canton’s ecosystem. 2. Decentralized custody The underlying Bitcoin is secured through FROST threshold signatures across independent operators. A 7-of-10 signing structure means no single operator, including BitSafe, can move the reserves alone. 3. Proof of Reserve Through Chainlink Proof of Reserve, the Bitcoin backing can be independently verified on-chain. This adds another layer of transparency. 4. Privacy meets utility Once issued, CBTC can move across supported Canton wallets, trading venues and financial applications. Canton enables confidential transactions, allowing counterparties to transact without exposing every detail publicly. 5. Real financial applications CBTC can support trading, lending, borrowing and institutional collateral workflows, bringing Bitcoin liquidity into a wider financial ecosystem. And there’s already meaningful activity to look at. CBTC has surpassed 35 MILLION on-chain transactions, as highlighted in BitSafe’s milestone announcement. This is more than simply putting Bitcoin on another blockchain. It’s about connecting Bitcoin liquidity with privacy, decentralized custody, verifiable reserves and institutional financial infrastructure. Bitcoin meets Canton. Transparency drives trust. What other financial applications could CBTC unlock as Canton’s ecosystem grows? @BitSafeFinance @CantonNetwork @CantonFdn #CantonResearchNov26 #CBTC #Bitcoin #CantonNetwork #RWA

On Canton, visibility into a completed contract depends on how the choice was defined. Consuming choices expose all consequences to controllers and stakeholders. Pre- and post-consuming choices limit that view to controllers and signatories. @CantonFDN details below.
A completed agreement on Canton keeps its history. When a Daml contract is archived, it is permanently marked inactive and no further choices can be exercised on it. The contract still exists on the ledger.
