Last week @Binance lost about $6.3B, reportedly starting from one engineer's compromised laptop, weeks after @Bitget lost more than $350M. When everyone's keys and records sit in one place, one weak point is enough.
We built Soulbound transfer cards so giving crypto to a person never means handing anyone a password, a wallet connection or a record that links you.
💸 Senders: your Soulbound ID and the signed purpose of every transfer are recorded on @arbitrum. The card itself is built off chain and never tied to that record.
💰Recipients: nothing to connect, nothing to sign. Four checks stop wrong or blocked addresses before anything moves.
🫰Requests: donation pages are frozen once published, show the publisher's Soulbound ID, and link only to verified accounts.
How it works, with a live charity request and a 100 USDC transfer card, security code included, as the examples:

Rails, Not Tokens
A US bitcoin reserve, stablecoins and funding from yield. The reserve call landed the evening it was published. “Stablecoins are broken” did not: supply has grown to about $300B under a federal framework.

The Trust Layer
Privacy, zero-knowledge proofs and provenance in an AI world. Proving a claim without revealing the data behind it has moved from theory into Google Wallet and EU policy.

Eighteen months on, value is accruing to the rails, the proof layer and the builders, rather than to what sits on top of them. That is the thesis we invest behind.

At @techtides_hq, our CEO @GolfPirate369 and Dr Clare Ryan took on what a machine should decide when an AI agent attacks at machine speed, and what must stay human.
Our answer: make that line part of the protocol, not a prompt. Soulbound Auth lets agents act alone within their on-chain permits, and anything beyond stops at a person’s hardware key.
Founders, investors and institutions told us early-stage teams need this built for where they are, so we’re shaping our blockchain and agentic AI security work for pre-Series A startups.

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts.
HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

Protocol admin consoles and treasury hot wallets still sit behind passwords, codes, and API keys, and compromised keys are crypto's top source of losses.
SBA-Auth, open source today: one enrolled key per operator, every action checked before it runs.
Your checks run once, at enrollment: identity, approvals, scope. Bound to a non-transferable Soulbound ID on @arbitrum or any EVM chain. Then every action: signature, ID, permits. Nothing on the server can act.
Built for the kind of operations behind @aave, @Uniswap, and @LidoFinance, and the @SafeLabs_ signers guarding them: pause, upgrade, withdraw. The signer's device shows the action in words, and the server refuses if it doesn't match what runs.
Same rules for AI agents trading on @HyperliquidX or launched on @virtuals_io. Within their permits they move at machine speed. Beyond them, they stop at a human's hardware key. A prompt-injected agent can propose. It can't sign.
AGPL-3.0. Audited, every finding public.

Most AI sessions end badly. You say thanks and get a paragraph of pleasantries back, or you close the tab and the model never learns whether its work held up.
We published an open standard to fix that: That's a Wrap.
Type /wrap and tell the model how its work turned out, in as much detail as you like. It replies with one emoji and, at most, one line. 🔧 means it sees a fix. 👀 means it noticed something you should know. Your whole story in, one line out.
It pays off first in code, where outcomes land days after the session ends. In Claude Code, the /wrap command saves each wrap so the next session opens on what actually happened instead of assumptions.
One rule we won't bend: wraps are for sight, not score. They stay in the model's memory and never become a training reward. We've already seen what happens when short-term feedback turns into reward.
The spec and prompt libraries are MIT licensed, with versions for Claude Code (@AnthropicAI), Codex and ChatGPT (@OpenAI), Gemini CLI (@GoogleDeepMind), and local models via @ollama and @lmstudio. Adversarial review welcome.

Where does money invested into the AI buildout actually go?
For every $100 flowing into the supply chain:
- $50 to chips
- $20 to power
- $15 to networking
- $15 to cooling, buildings, and land

Supply: putting the buildout in context, just passed railroads as % of GDP. The wisdom of Elon is real: the factory (or the datacenter!) is the product.
Demand: diffusion is so, so early. Median AI vendor spending in the top 1% of companies is 8x that of the top 10%. Only about 30% of S&P 500 companies report a quantified AI impact, which means there’s a substantial opportunity in connecting models to a company's data and workflows. Diffusion into companies is one of the main themes of the next 5 years.
We’re entering the agent work period. Only a few million users today, but applicable to billions of internet users with massive surplus created. META/GOOG monetize US users at $200+ per year today. Agent opportunity is much higher.

As new forms of value emerge, connectivity becomes more important than ever.
From tokenised assets and digital trade initiatives to evolving securities markets, innovation is creating new opportunities across the financial ecosystem. But without interoperability, there is also a risk of creating new silos and fragmentation.
