I have no hostility towards West Eurasian Y-lineages because I don't seek a decrease in them, however I do dislike East Eurasian mtDNA and want to decrease them.
5%-7% of Northern Chinese females have West Eurasian mtDNA, which means that this cohort is the best Chinese females.
The reason why North Chinese females are the best East Asian females is because they are the most likely to have West Eurasian mtDNA among EA females.
Central Asian countries should neither decrease nor increase their West Eurasian Y-DNA, however the East Eurasian mtDNA must be selected for elimination.
The current problems of Kyrgyzstan can be fixed with they increase their West Eurasian mtDNA, a decent amount of around 30% do have West Eurasian mtDNA.
You don't need to decrease their R1a frequency, you just need to decrease their East Eurasian mtDNA frequency.
